AVOID THIS COMPANY.
It took 3 months for them to collect wrongly delivered item. They did all they could not to, but I persevered. When the correct garden storage box arrived it was rubbish quality and took 3 hrs to assemble. AVOID

Selling poor quality products & then charging for refunds

This string of lights was lovely and long with the power unit at one end allowing you to use the entire length. Easy to put the batteries in. Being an orange light it was a soft light but bright enough to be seen from outside (I had them around the main window but inside)

Great rain shelter

Bought 2 of the 270cm packs and did the whole side of the house upto the side gate, easy to put up and very light, works a treat. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased 2 x door canopies. White but were a definite cream. Tiny screws’s heads sheared at the lightest turn, so the outer supports have nothing to prevent them coming apart as you can’t remove broken screw. Perspex canopy was pierced in transit on one, but offer me £17 off the full price, if I kept this useless item that would come apart and leak. Still waiting for a way to return them.

have previously bought this fountain for ourselves and loved it so much, purchased one for a gift for mum. lovely lights, lovely sound, very flexible on positions due to the solar panel. really soothing. it works really well with the solar it receives and the value for money is great!

Bought a £410 metal shed from Garden Sanctuary via Robert Dyas. The shed has leaked badly from day one, despite it being constructed precisely to the manufacturers specification. I have provided video and photo evidence and they have admitted liability but are only willing to offer £80 compensation. I have spent two days constructing this shed and now will have to spend yet more time and money making it weathertight. I would advise any potential shoppers to avoid this company as their products are not fit for purpose.

I bought the (91cm) garden gate online and the advertised sizes only included height and width (not thickness). When it arrived, the courier carried it with one hand, as it was so light. On inspection, the wood was around 1cm thick and very light. The Chinese made gate was of a really flimsy construction and would not have stood exposure to winter weather for very long. I contacted Garden Sanctuary and requested a return, which I had to arrange and pay for, despite the item not being fit for purpose. After 10 days, following delivery confirmation, I had to again contact Garden Sanctuary for my refund, which was duly processed. My subsequent review on the GS website (as requested by them) was only online for 24 hours before it disappeared. The same item now has a 4.5/5 rating, based on 9 strong reviews, but it is apparent that these are selected for display.

Outdoor shield

Perfect size and shape for our door. Love this product

Purchased what looked as a lovely piece of furniture an inside electric fire with surround. It arrived with faults and missing parts. Contacted them on an email for the fourth time with no help at all. They keep asking for a video of the faulty lights that do not come on the and missing logs also. I’m not sure how they expect to video these two problems. I will seek advice now through my payment. Do not purchase from these people they are not helpful or bothered once they have your money.

I bought the Outdoor rain shelter. Excellent product. Easy to put together and good value for money. We bought two and joined them together. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to assemble and very pleased with a valed purchase

Terrible service. Ordered fence panels which didn’t fit in standard fence posts. Requested a return the day after delivery. Was asked to send video of the issue, told I could attach wood to make the fence panels fit, waited 8 weeks for them to accept a return, during which time I had to store 8 fence panels. Oh and was charged £85 to return which after submitting a complaint was reduced to £50. Used this company through B&Q. Numerous emails to B&Q and this company before any resolution. Do not use.

Excellent and really does the job. Easy to assemble and I fitted to facing stones outside my patio. I needed a masonry drill to do this.

Great plastic storage shed
A reasonable priced grey plastic shed that was fairly easy to put together and feels stronger than I thought it would, plus I love the dark grey colour wood grain effect. The service and delivery was excellent. I’m very pleased with this purchase and will definitely recommend
