Gardenstone Reviews

When I had difficulty understanding the product they went out of the way to help me with a sample. The order was delivered without any breakages by a really helpful driver and it now looks absolutely superb in a new formalised garden layout.

The ordering process was painless and delivery was faster than expected.
There was damage to part of my order (likely the delivery company) but Gardenstone were quick to reimburse me for the damaged item.

Delivered on time, no problems.

Cannot recommend Gardenstone enough, placed an order and was contacted before dispatch to confirm I was happy as had chosen 2 styes which didn't match (My fault), they made suggestions and we completely changed the order with no issues at all - delivery was as advertised and well packaged. Excellent company to deal with.

The stepping stones suit our garden perfectly thank you.

Gardenstone provided excellent service and quality products. Quick delivery, helpful staff, and good communication throughout. Some minor delivery issues, but they were addressed promptly. The Japanese stepping stones are excellent, offering great design options. Pricing is competitive, and the overall experience was positive. Would recommend both the company and their products. A strong 4-star experience!

Good service and good delivery, text and a call to make sure I would be in. Very helpful

Good quality stones. Makes us feel in love with the garden everyday!

Gardenstone | Rose & Thistle Decorative Edging | 275 x 225 mm | Black Is lovely. Nice contrast to white yorkshire stone paving.

Extremely pleased with the look of the product and service/delivery all excellent.

Very helpful in placing order and excellent prices

The quality of the stepping stones was good and made my garden much better!

From ordering to delivery the service was excellent! Kept well informed from Sharon via email as to delivery dates etc. through to the delivery guy who was a delight!
Quality of stones ordered were top notch and exactly like the photos so no disappointment there.
Would definitely use again.
Thank you!

prompt delivery of exactly what I ordered.
Slabs and edging looks great - now one of the few remaining suppliers of terracotta slabs and brick edging

staff were very helpful my order was a very small but I still given there full attention

Timely and efficient, only small criticism is delivery charge which is prohibitive for small orders e.g. I under-ordered and need another stepping stone or two but delivery costs exceeds their price.

The sample was not a lot of good. Minimum size needs to be 300mm x 300mm ,in my opinion. Cant get a good view of the small bit you sent.

Very helpful and very happy with the gravel I had delivered. The bags were put neatly on the drive out of the way. Will definitely be using them again

The stones are lovely- just want we wanted. Very well packaged so none were damaged.

Website was easy to navigate and informative.
Ordered at the weekend before the last shipping date before Christmas.
The shipment arrived two days later on a palette as described.
Delivery driver placed the palette in a convenient spot on the drive.
I was able to put the stones in place over the holiday.
Great service what's not to like
Will certainly use them again
