My new pole and many other accessories delivered ok, slightly annoyed as it states clearly you need to be at home to sign for it but it was just handed to me, no signature asked for. When ordering a new pole you have the option to purchase a free or discounted brush. I accidentally selected the wrong brush which I emailed them about and asked if I could return the brush I didn't want and could I pay the difference for the one I wanted and fully expected to pay for any postage costs. Basically I was told no, they don't do exchanges, the brush was free anyway. But I could return the complete order, pole included, which would be refunded. Then I could place a new order have another pole delivered with all the accessories and with the brush I wanted. This is ludicrous, it meant I would have spend another £400 to start with, pay more to send my total order back, rather than just a brush and then wait until a refund was processed. I requested a phone call from Gardinerpolesystems which did occur, but after checking and ringing me back, they couldn't help, instead it was suggested I sell the brush on Ebay and buy another brush from them at full price. As a loyal customer this being my 8th pole from them I was disgusted at their level of customer care, there was none! How easy it should have been to return one brush, deliver the one I meant to order, charge any difference including postage and process the necessary administration.

I bought an electric water pump to use with my window pole that has worked well over the last 3 weeks would recommend this.

Also purchased a lance spray that began to rust within a week of purchase.
About three weeks on the lance has lots of rust over the pole.

When contacting the company to state my concerns said that this was caused by chemical use and said that I should use the product until it malfunctioned and then return.
I asked to return the product for a full refund and was told that I had two week window to do so, this was difficult as I was about to go on holiday for two weeks.

They said if they found evidence of chemical use they would be charging me for return postage of the product.

I frankly find it surprising that this company that declares outstanding profits according to companies house have been so obstructive to deal and over such a low price product. The main cost of my order was around £170 but this was about £15.
I would suggest that they pull this product from there website or find a quality made replacement product even if the cost is more to the customer.

The product I suspect has been sauced from a cheap supplier that uses substandard material.

I purchased a few male and female hose connectors in January and everyone of them lasted around 5/6 weeks, previous ones lasted me a year or more, I provided pictures and videos to show the problem but was told it’s wear/damaged, the company are clearly using a cheaper new supplier or sold me a faulty batch and offering me NO replacements!!!!
