My Garna account was permanently blocked citing "clause 5.5.1" of the User Agreement, with no explanation given despite submitting all requested ID and selfie verification documents. Support ("Manager Julia") confirmed the decision was final and that I cannot reapply. I have $1,500 locked in my account, which they say will be refunded to Higgsfield instead of directly to me — with no confirmation number or timeline provided. This is not an isolated case: I've found other reviews here describing the exact same issue with Higgsfield creator payouts being blocked by Garna. A payment platform should not be able to freeze funds indefinitely with zero explanation and zero accountability

Not Recived my money after 13 Days
I'm Very disappointed, I Have sent 600$ Since 30.6.2026, and not it passed 13 Days and I not recieved my money yet!
I Have contact the support but no one replies to me, and if there a replay it's ai agent replay, it seems like scam and i don't expect to have this experince
I want to refund my money on garna again and i will send it with another way, if not I want a SWIFT Confirmation that money was sent to my account,
I Will wait for respond and if not i will choose a diffrent path, and for sure i will not let my money.

This company is only suitable for demo payments. Working with them is like putting yourself into trouble.
If you send a payment through this platform, it can stay **"In Progress"** for **7–10 days**. This damages your credibility with the person you're paying because they won't receive the money on time. At the same time, you'll be worried that the company might never complete the payment.
During those 7–10 days, the payment will only show as **"In Progress"**, even though it hasn't actually been sent. All you can do is wait.
If the company decides to process your payment, you'll eventually receive it. If not, there's nothing you can do except keep waiting.
Their support team always gives the same response: **"Your payment is under progress. Please wait."** They don't provide any real solution.
Because of this, I recommend using a more reliable payment app instead of this one.

Garna is blocking my legitimate creator payout from Higgsfield. Even after submitting valid ID proofs and selfie verification, they are demanding extraordinary and highly sensitive personal legal documents under a discretionary internal policy. This is a massive privacy risk and completely unprofessional. Their KYC process lacks transparency and is poorly designed. I only used this app because Higgsfield required it—otherwise, this experience gives no confidence to continue using Garna.
