Excellent service and fitted with a quality fitter

Gas Assist was very helpful with a plumber to replace my old boiler.
A very reasonable quote and good lead time .

A detailed assessment of the existing installation.And well explained advice on possible replacement boilers and ancillary equipment.Thoroughly satisfied with the advice given and though I will not be proceeding right now I hope to be in touch in the near future.

Charming lady who gave us a estimate over the phone which she explained was the company policy. With this installation I believe a sight visit to see the complex nature of the present heating and hot water supply, that could not be fully explained over the phone. I received a email with the estimate which I felt was lacking a full detail of the schedule of the work to be carried out.

Asked for quote. Engineer called to rearrange the visit as it was too far for him to travel just for a quote, then didn't turn up for the revised appointment despite me staying in to meet him. Hasn't bothered to contact to cancel or apologise. Rubbish service.

I was looking to replace my combi boiler and used the internet search engine, obtained a very speedy response from Gas Assist regarding different boilers with price detailed information relating to the type of boiler, warranty, installation and back up service and the total cost. Very efficient.
