I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. This program is what I would call good old fashioned marketing exercise and eating well while having a coach that helps with encouragement and helps make proper choices. Accountability!

This program is what I would call a Good old fashioned dose of eating proper foods and exercise all while monitoring results. Steve Nasrallah, my coach, has been super helpful too. I call him Jiminy Cricket because I feel he is on my shoulder helping me make good choices and I encouraging me.

Working with David over the past 15 has been tremendous

Working with David over the past 15 months has been one of the most successful and impactful health and fitness experiences I have had. The results have been tremendous: I have lost more than 40 pounds while significantly improving my strength, flexibility, stamina, and overall daily energy. Just as importantly, David has helped me build a more consistent and sustainable approach to fitness that has carried over into every part of my life.

What has stood out most is David’s ability to personalize the program and continuously adjust it to fit my goals, progress, and changing needs. He has held me accountable throughout the process while also being thoughtful about when and how to tweak the plan. The workouts have been challenging, effective, and consistently refreshed, which helped prevent plateaus and ensured we continued addressing areas I had neglected for years.

David also took the time to understand my specific athletic goals, including training to improve my baseball performance. That focus has made a real difference. I can see the results not only in how I feel and move, but also in my performance, stats, and the comments I have received from teammates. His coaching has helped translate fitness gains into practical, measurable improvements in something I genuinely enjoy.

While the workouts have been excellent, the biggest impact has come from the smaller changes David encouraged outside the gym. Better sleep, a stronger focus on recovery, consistency in my daily routine, and practical planning around frequent travel have all added up to real, lasting progress. Those habits have made the program sustainable and have helped me stay on track even when life and work schedules were demanding.

Overall, I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a trainer who provides more than a workout plan. He brings structure, accountability, thoughtful programming, and a genuine commitment to helping his clients achieve meaningful results. My experience with David has improved my health, performance, and confidence, and the progress I have made speaks for itself.

I started out in pretty good shape for…

I started out in pretty good shape for 69 but just wanted to try to dial in my nutrition and weight yo-yo that I would seam to experience. Was more about health and longevity than the physical look. Have reached all my goals and expectations with this program.

Collin was very helpful with tips and keeping up with what I needed as the time passed. I look better and feel better. The plan worked and the coaching went thru all the aspects of what was happening with me personally.

I would recommend this program for anyone but especially people that are busy professionals what are needing to stay to a schedule

Effective, Sustainable Fitness Program

The High Performance Health Program has been a game changer for me, especially when it comes to nutrition. As I’ve grown older, I’ve realized that staying in shape is much less about working out hard and much more about consistently making good nutrition choices. That was always the hardest part for me to maintain long term. This program created the structure, accountability, and repeatable process I needed to finally make healthy habits sustainable instead of constantly starting over.

Colin was very helpful, flexible, and thoughtful in designing a personalized strategy that actually fits my real life and that adapts to my frequent work travel. The app is also easy to use, which made tracking and staying engaged simple even during busy weeks.

The results are exactly what I wanted. I achieved my body composition goals and more importantly, the approach I developed during the program feels sustainable for the long term. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their health in a realistic and lasting way.

Been on AMF a few times and each time had a different PT, all have been fantastic, they are there whenever you need them for advice or just a chat, the training tailored to you with meal prep advice, weekly accountability check ins and podcasts, this company offers a lot more than what I can write, wouldn’t use any other fitness company

6 months of High Performance Training with David

Working with David over the past six months has been a great learning experience and has changed the way I approach my training. Before starting this program, I already had a solid background in fitness. I tracked my nutrition consistently and generally remembered the weights I was lifting, but I had never tracked every workout and every lift in a structured way. Looking back, I can see that I was leaving progress on the table by relying on memory instead of objective data.

One of the biggest takeaways from this program was learning the value of consistently recording my workouts. Tracking my lifts each session made it much easier to see my progress over time, identify areas where I was plateauing, and apply progressive overload in a much more intentional way. That level of organization made my training more efficient and gave me a clearer sense of direction every time I stepped into the gym.

David did an excellent job tailoring the program to my individual goals rather than giving me a generic workout plan. My primary focus was improving my climbing performance, and he selected exercises that complemented that objective while still helping me build overall strength and athleticism. It was clear that there was thought behind the program, and whenever adjustments needed to be made, they were based on my progress and personal needs.

Beyond the workouts themselves, David was a great source of motivation and accountability. Over the past six months there were periods where life got in the way, whether it was travel, getting sick, or simply having a busy schedule. During those times, having someone to keep me accountable made a significant difference in staying consistent and getting back on track instead of losing momentum.

The results speak for themselves. Since starting the program, I've lost a significant amount of weight while becoming stronger and more focused in my training. More importantly, I've developed better habits and a more effective approach to fitness that I know I'll continue using long after the program has ended.

Overall, I would highly recommend both this program and David as a trainer. Whether you're new to fitness or already have experience like I did, the personalized coaching, accountability, and structured approach provide real value. If your goal is to improve your overall health, athletic performance, or simply train more effectively, this is a service that I believe is well worth the investment.

Achieving my goal

I enjoyed the variety with the workouts as well as the added Fitness challenges in June. I also appreciated the advise with nutrition and consistency of effort. My coach was Steve Nesralla who was very supportive and helpful in me achieving my goal of attaining weight of 80k ( from starting at 88k) . I feel so much better both mentally as well as physically so thank you.

High Performance Health works!!!

From the beginning Steve took the time to listen to my goals. He put together a plan and then he helped me work the plan. He checked on me and my progress at least a couple of times a week to make sure I was staying on track. When we had our weekly phone call, he held me accountable and kept me focused on my goal. Whenever I was out of town on a business trip or vacation and couldn’t make my own meals, he made sure I had healthy choices to pick from. All I had to do was send him the name of the restaurant and he’d pick foods to keep me on track. This insured that I met my weight loss goal, which I did! Lost the 20 lbs I was looking to lose, lowered my blood pressure from 150/95 to 120/65 and gave me the energy and tools to keep going for the rest of my life. High Performance Health is worth every penny you spend. Thank you Steve, you’re a great coach!!!

I’ve been part of the High Performance…

I’ve been part of the High Performance Health Program for about 6 months and have found it to be incredibly helpful. I joined in order to get some guidance on workouts and more accountability on diet.

Kyle has been a fantastic coach and consistently pushes me to change my workouts in ways that have significantly improved my core strength and overall wellness. Despite being someone who has gone to the gym regularly for years, I wasn’t tracking my diet and this has made a big difference in my stamina, in and out of the gym.

I would definitely recommend this program.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this program.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being part of the High Performance Health program. My goal in joining the program was to have a training program tailored to my busy schedule and around my age and starting point. I also wanted to have someone to hold me accountable. In this program I have found all those things. Since joining the program 6 months ago I’ve lost 12 pounds and dropped my body fat from 24% to 20%. I look and feel completely different! Chris has been a great coach and has become a friend. I value his input and I look forward to continuing in this program!

HPH has been instrumental in allowing…

HPH has been instrumental in allowing me to develop systems for my schedule workouts, steps and proper diet to be successful. The workouts online allow you to track your progress and do not require to think about what exercise to do each day. Pavol Zajac been extremely helpful with diet structure and providing great suggestions to increase protein intake while keeping calories in check even why traveling extentively in areas with much different dietary cultures. The weekly accountibilty is also critical to keeping things on track.

Continue to increase weight with nearly every exercise and have dropped 12-15 lbs.

Definintely recommend to others especially those with frequent travel for work. This is a system that works !

Health and Longevity investment

Great program. I was able to lose nearly 30 pounds and feel great again. I consider this an investment in my health and longevity. As a business owner I’ve spent a lot of time investing in my company, and finally decided I need to invest in my health. My trainer, Scott Ludwig, set up a program that works for my schedule, provides accountability, and produces results.

Scott Ludwig: The Best

Scott provides outstanding overall health coaching. He is not only an excellent trainer; but, provides terrific guidance on all aspects of wellness particularly nutrition. I have found his advice on protein intake especially invaluable. He has worked with me slowly, methodically through some rotator cuff issues, insuring that my rehab was done right, at the same time building upper body strength. Thank you sir!

Transforming into a new way of living

With a busy work life, my health was always the first thing to fall to the bottom of my priority list. I lacked both accountability and structure.

I’ve now been with High Performance Health for about four months, and it has exceeded everything that was promised. I’ve already lost 30 pounds, increased my VO2 max, and gained muscle that I forgot I had in my younger days.

My trainer Scott and team provide the structure I need to build a sustainable healthy lifestyle through expert coaching, a customized and adaptable whole body fitness plan, and most importantly, accountability that ensures my health stays a priority.

I no longer see this as simply a health program, it’s a transformation into a completely new way of living.

HPH is the REAL DEAL!

If you are reading this, you are in a place looking for help and unsure if you can trust your money spend on HPH. I can tell you, I was exactly where you are right now. I desired help and searched for numerous solutions and HPH was 100% the RIGHT choice for me. I was introduced to Coach James, and he listened to me at a very high level and asked endless questions regarding what my desires were to achieve. Following this discussion, he described a custom plan he believed would work for my desired goals.
For the past 7 months, Coach James and I partnered to move forward with his plan and make adjustments and improvements along the way. My success has come in treating our relationship truly as a 50% - 50% partnership. Coach James clearly communicates short term and long-term plans and then I go to work following our plan. Movement, calorie intake, sleep, stress reduction, stretching, gym work in the beginning was a bit overwhelming to insert into the app and after two weeks in became a breeze. Our weekly calls recapped the previous week and set changes and goals for the coming week, and all this is possible because the app has all the data points to review at your fingertips.
If you desire change to your current physical situation and will follow the custom plan that will be designed just for you, you WILL see results. Once you start eating smarter, moving more, sleeping better, feeling stress reduction and not fitting into your clothes any longer because of the pounds you have lost, you will be hooked. The HPH system customized to me has now become my lifestyle.
The results: I am eating smarter, sleeping better, have less stress, move more, lost 30 pounds and feel great. Thank you, Coach James! HPH is the real deal!

HPH is the real deal. Do it.

I’m 56. In my mid forties I worked out in person at a health club with a personal trainer and was in the best shape of my life. That trainer moved to a different club, and I told myself I would do it on my own. I stuck to it for a while, then Covid hit.

I was recently intending for the third or fourth time to “get back in shape” on my own when I saw an ad for High Performance Health (HPH) on LinkedIn. I did an initial Zoom interview with HPH and liked what I heard so I went forward with the HPH program.

One of my best decisions. The format of being able to do the workouts at home, but still having a personal trainer to speak with live and to communicate with at any time through the HPH app has been ideal for me. And the results have been fantastic. I’ve lost over 15 pounds the right way by dropping fat but preserving muscle, and now my excellent trainer Scott Ludwig has me working my weight back up a bit so then we can go back down again but be stronger and leaner.

The HPH app is also fantastic and syncs seamlessly with MyFitnessPal and/or Apple Health for tracking food, weight, workouts, water, steps, sleep, etc. One of my initial apprehensions was whether the HPH app would be cheap and wonky, but it’s the opposite. It’s also the real deal.

The workout program is also tailored to your personal situation. I don’t have a huge home gym. I have a set of adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and a treadmill. With that minimal equipment, Scott designs a very diverse workout program for me and the results speak for themselves.

If you are a busy professional like me who is looking for a great solution to get in shape and stay that way, I can’t recommend HPH or my trainer Scott Ludwig highly enough. I feel fortunate to have found this program.
