I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. When heart disease, cancer, dementia or metabolic diseases take hold they shorten our lives and destroy our quality of life. Pavol has been instrumental in achieving my fitness goals, approaching my needs based on a busy schedule, stressful job and life changes, and personalized preferences. His holistic approach addressed my strength, flexibility, cardiac endurance, diet, sleep, and prior injuries, and have yielded substantive results (over 30 lbs lost... I'm back to my college weight!). The High performance health program has been very successful for me.
The High performance health program has been instrumental in the improvement of my health. I have lost almost 20 pounds, my resting heart rate has lowered to a healthier level, my VO2 max has increased. When I started the plan, I couldn't run a mile without rest. I can now run a 5k in less that 33 minutes. My strength has increased significanlty, back to levels from high school. My coach, Steve Nesrallah has been there every step of the way, tweaking my workouts, my nutrition. Now my workouts and nutrition are habits and non-negotiable.

I have worked with Kyle Patterson for…
I have worked with Kyle Patterson for the past 12 months, and he has been outstanding. I originally signed up for HPH to regain my strength, and Kyle has been a huge help in structuring my programs and providing ongoing coaching. He is able to adapt the workouts as needed, and I have made significant gains while working with together. Kyle is also very helpful with holding me accountable but also being supportive and recognizing my very busy travel schedule, both personally and professionally. My strength has improved dramatically and I have been very happy with Kyle.

HPH + Steve N = Results!!
I started this program with HPH very tentatively and was not completely convinced that I would be able to reach my goals with it, considering the amount of work and travel I have to do. But Steve N stayed with me from the start. I've been working with him since Dec 2025. For the first couple of months I didn't even see any weight loss. I could see changes in my body but no loss in weight. Steve stuck with me and kept encouraging me and tweaking my nutrition and work out routines. And then it just clicked in. In the last 3 months I've lost nearly 18 lbs! I have some more to go, but I now I am confident that with Steve guiding me throughout I will get there soon enough. The accountability and partnership from Steve has kept me on track, encouraging me, and guiding me and giving me tips whenever I need.

Steve N was the Best
Steve N was the absolute best. His coaching and pushing put me in a better place physically and mentally than I was before the program. In addition to the new weight exercises I learned we put new running goals in place and I completed a 5k and have another already scheduled with a goal of a 10k this year. I’m also paying significantly more attention to the food I eat which includes calories and protein. A big thank you to Steve for always being available and for all his support and guidance in this process.

I can’t say enough great things about Scott and The High Performance Health Program.
He has a unique ability to simplify what can otherwise feel overwhelming. Between structured workout plans and tailored meal guidance, he takes the guesswork out of my day and allows me to stay focused and consistent.
What really sets Scott apart is how he adapts to my schedule. With frequent travel, it would be easy to fall off track. But Scott goes the extra mile by researching restaurants and hotel gyms ahead of time, assuring I always have a plan no matter where I am.

I needed a method of being more accountable to someone.
I needed a method of being "accountable" to someone when my training partner was no longer available. Pav became that person and did a great job of being positive, supportive, and encouraging when I was falling behind my goals. II have stayed with the program because it continues to provide those and other benefits including altering the program based on health issues. I would highly recommend the program and Pav to anyone that would benefit from these services.

Pavol is a great coach!
I almost cried when Pavol sent me my before and after photos side by side. I genuinely didn't recognize myself.
Over the course of working together, I went from 180 pounds to 130, a 38-inch waist to a 28-inch waist, and got down to around 10% body fat. VO2 max improved. Blood work improved across the board. Even my doctor was shocked and wanted to know what I was doing. I had to buy an entirely new wardrobe. Everyone noticed.
What Pavol does differently is he meets you where you are. No crash protocols, no event-driven eating plans, no promises about timelines that don't hold up in real life. He focused on changing how I think about food and training over 18 months, not a temporary fix. Everything he built was designed to fit into my actual life and stay there.
There were moments I was convinced something was wrong with me, that the process was taking too long, that my genetics were the problem. He talked me off that ledge every time, explained exactly what was happening and why, and kept me on track when I would have quit in the past.
I don't look like the same person. More importantly, I don't think like the same person.
If you're looking for someone who will be straight with you, build something sustainable, and actually get you there, Pavol is the real deal.

I was looking for some accountability…
I was looking for some accountability and to build some strength and this program is providing both. My weekly check in meetings with Steve are very helpful since I'll have to get on the call and review the week! Meal tracking is a lot easier than I expected with their extensive database. The progression of the workouts has been methodical and helped push me along. Tracking the workouts is very simple, with short videos on each exercise. This has been a great experience!
Great program for busy executives
I've been working with David G. For over 6 months now and in that time I've lost over 20 lbs, feeling rejuvenated again. On the program, we focus on both nutritional intakes that David has built for me, and weekly exercise goals, which include customized workouts and regular walking targets. The program has allowed me to set realistic goals on both short and long term periods, focusing around work and family lifestyle. David is always there to help and to keep me accountable to stay on course. I highly recommend this program for busy executives.

This program is the real deal. In less than six months I met my weight goals and am in the best shape I’ve been in for years. The accountability and partnership from my coach Colin has kept me on track, even when my personal and professional schedule was extremely challenging
HPH experience is excellent!
I have had a good success with this company regarding guide to nutrition plans, wt training, Cadiovascular health and overall wellness. , I find my coach, Colin, provides good advice and goals to obtained for weight training and advice on certain techniques for both weight training and for cardiovascular health. Nutritional part of the app could be improved a bit to provide better selections for when someone eats out so you can better track the macro nutrients, but overall the app is very helpful in following the nutrition plan and keeping track of calorie intake.
David has been great to work with
David has been great to work with. He tailors work out routines around my busy travel schedule. The ability to communicate easily with him is perfect for the accountability I need. Down 20 pounds so far and eager to keep pushing forward. Overall great experience so far!
