I received clear advice from GB Abogados relating to the tax paid on sale of a Spanish property, which I found very helpful.

Do not use GB Abogados co-worker Dulce Illescas in a Realestate contract she could not differentiate a clause for financing by buyer and mixed Seller with the Buyer.in Dissolution of contract clause instead of Bank financing clause. Very poor very unprofessional, totally unacceptable! I requested a refund of my €242 GB Abogados (Matt Rogerson) has not honored it!

Dealt with Matt and couldn't be happier. Will not hesitate to use AB again

We are from UK and we have bought a flat in Barcelona. Our spanish being very bad at the moment we could not see any other solution that to take an accountant to help with the taxes. Cristian has been of a great help and very efficient regarding our taxes. I can only highly recommand their services if you are struggling with taxes like we did. An overall satisfying experiance.
