it's my fourth time buying from them across the past year and I finally decided to post a review, because I'm just so impressed! the products look amazing and they are constantly making new designs and concepts so every time I ordered I got pleasantly surprised. I remember the first time I ordered, it was just an envelope and a canvas in a regular mailer bag (my canvas arrived bent and slightly damaged and when I reached out to their customer service they arranged for a free replacement for me right away). Fast forward a year later, now they come in these really pretty and sturdily padded mailer bags and the envelope/packaging is actually an origami piece that can be folded into a display stand for the canvas. the paper quality also feels so much better. you can really see the effort they are putting into making these products and the thought they put in to listen to the customers.

Very happy with my order and special thanks to the team as they sent me another frame after the original one was damaged. They were very responsive to my emails and any questions I had. Would 100% recommend!

I love the canvases! 10/10 would buy again

The canvases arrived securely packed. They were a gift for my granddaughters. They loved them! As I live in a different country, the package had to go through customs so tracking was lost. Contacting customer service was simple and they replied quickly. Thoroughly impressed with the product and service!

While through no fault of their own I received my product damaged and wet due to a poor choice by the delivery driver and it was heart breaking as this is a product I had waited a long time to be able to purchase and enjoy. But upon informing them of the error caused by the delivery drivers they I was reached out to almost immediately with such kindness and determination to correct this mistake and unlike most companies they actually showed care and concern over this mistake.
Now about the canvases, they are stunning! Even damaged the quality of this product is amazing and I have spent hours enjoying an activity I was rarely able to enjoy as a child. These images are incredible worth the wait and time it takes to create.
I hope you made it through the entire review because this company is truly a an example of how I company should be run. Thank you for your time.

This was such a different activity. It is very calming to do. I found it the perfect self nurture activity, favourite beverage and podcast and Great Gatsby. Heaven!

I love all the designs and they are fantastic. So relaxing to do, and to see all the colours come together. I have done 11 of these designs from this small company and loved every single one.

The company is a little misleading with its advertisement in regards to making you believe it’s a local company . However they are based in China. Therefore shipping takes a very long time almost 3 weeks .
They use that horrible tracking service that doesn’t track properly from future experience called 17track

My goods won’t arrive for another 3 weeks so will do another update when I receive my items
