I ordered on Thursday and it arrived in Tuesday which I was well impressed with. It looks brand new and is so fast. Great service and excellent price as well as a 3 year warranty! I will highly recommend!

I ordered a laptop from GC a few years back - it was the perfect laptop and I figured I'd try them again. I picked the same options as before and got this laptop that isn't the full form factor and has no dedicated graphics card as the previous one did, an an 'i7' processor that is bottom of the mark. This machine barely runs medium sized excel sheets and takes 15 seconds to boot.

The worst part is when I contacted support about trading it in and my concerns, I got a multi-page meandering response about how I should be grateful for a 'competitive' laptop that is 'good value'.

The keyboard isn't even printed on correctly.

I don't know why Gadget Centre are like this now. They never used to be - but it seems due to the AI squeeze they're massively downscaling on hardware and trying to save face by gaslighting me into thinking this is normal.

This company has gone downhill, better laptops exist for just a handful of £s more. Avoid.

Took my time deciding but now wish I had decided ages ago! Struggled on with my old unit to the point it nearly died. Then the appeal of recycling, custom build, and outstanding value for money won me over. Ordered and delivered within the week.

Is the condition perfect? No - tiny scratches around the ports. Every other square millimetre is pristine though. Does it boot up in two seconds? No - usually 5-10 which is at least 20 seconds quicker than my old one. Speed is genuinely awesome and the screen is just fantastic - pin-sharp images and clearly defined motion.

I am absolutely delighted and the Gadget Centre will be the first (and probably only) outlet on my list when I renew. Highly recommended.

The process of designing my new laptop was simple and straight forward. Ordered on Saturday arrived on Wednesday can't fault the service at all. Really happy with the laptop, have been using it every day since I got it and all for a price under half of what I could have got from the "big boys", would definitely use these guys again

I ordered my laptop with some scepticism, but was persuaded by the good reviews. The laptop arrived, and I was truly amazed at the condition of the case and screen. It looked like a new computer with the wrap applied. I checked the internals, and these were all as ordered. After using it for several weeks, I am more than pleased with my purchase. It did take all of the mentioned delivery time to arrive, which other reviews spoke about, but this isn't aproblem for me.

Taken a chance with the deal thinking it's too good to be true but decided to have a punt as Windows 10 had put me down the cul de sac so my lap top was really of no use.Gadjet Center have got me on track ,,Widows 11 installed plus other apps, 3yr warranty could not be happier 😀 So far so good.

Just received the 4th laptop that I have purchased for my business from Gadget Centre. Great value and a really rapid turnaround!

The computer was built to my exact specification and received in perfect order. They also added "Office" with no extra cost. It is fast and looks good, all for under £400.
They also have a detailed and simple guide on securing the computer software. The Dell computer is of the highest quality, and was delivered within 2 weeks as promised.

Very pleased with my refurbished laptop. Great that it doesn't come with bloatware. They are not "off the shelf" items so a wee wait of a few days between ordering and receiving is OK by me. On arrival it was easy to set up even although I am no computer expert. Email correspondence is answered quickly and efficiently.
I am happy to recommend this company based upon my experience so far.
