Good choice, good price, arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition

Ordered it on Wednesday evening, it was sent out Friday and arrived well packed the next Monday. Very good customer service and the laptop works perfectly. Can't complain!

There are 4.5 stars because (not fully 5):
- a bit long time in replying to the messages
- they put warranty sticker which stopping user from being able to upgrade device. i.e. why can't I add RAM on my own. I was put PC together before that company even started. I won't pay them 400% price for it.
What is good:
- arrived quickly (once dispatched)
- very well packed
- as described (it says like new and it was like new)
- very good prices they have
- options to extend warranty not that expensive

EDIT after received reply (trust pilot should let me reply to the reply)
- you saying that buyer can see pictures before device is dispatched. It took while before I received reply and in mean time you sent notifaction that it has been dispatched so a bit confusing.
- 400% based on price on open market vs your approx £99 charge for 8GB of RAM. If I use shop prices it's still minumum 100%
- If someone breaks it during own upgrade then automatically is loosing warranty.

However - the overall experience was very good and I've already recommended your shop to my friends.

In looking at best options for a new laptop AI suggested this site. Laptop was so reasonably priced I was bit worried but delighted when it arrived to find it was perfect, well wrapped and worked straight out of the box. Charging cable included. Speedy delivery too. The option to include MS Office for £70 was great value.
