I’m really please with my purchase
I’m really please with my purchase. The laptop seems to operate fine.
Communication was good, and as the laptop wasn’t in the condition it was expected to be in, I was messaged before it was shipped out and offered a partial refund.

You did not say you would loose all my data by resetting to factory settings when I enquired, before sending my laptop back!

Look no further than Laptop Station
I recently bought from Laptop Station, and the entire experience was fantastic. The items are exceptionally high-quality, and the dispatch was incredibly prompt. I did run into a slight issue, though it was completely down to my own wrong order and nothing to do with the seller. However, when I reached out, the owner, Adam, personally contacted me. He looked into my situation immediately, handled it effectively, and provided a prompt, stress-free solution. If you are looking for a genuine seller that operates with complete honesty and integrity, look no further than Laptop Station. Highly recommended!

Excellent delivery time
The delivery was very quick (received it next day after ordering it) and the laptop works as intended. Even so, the website should make it more clearer when a product is refurbished/brand new. I was a bit confused when I saw 2 different prices on same product, checked the descriptions then realised one's marketed as brand new meaning the latter is refurbished (hence slightly cheaper). Other than that, this site is a safe reliable option to shop.

I knew what laptop I wanted for…
I knew what laptop I wanted for personal use, as I alrready use an older model for work purposes. I had researched and found laptop station was offering exactly what I wanted at at an excellent price and not available from other companies. I paird extra for some additional installs including set up and it arrived all ready to go. The machine itself appears to be in pretty much perfect condition. Service was great as was delivery using alphabet. All in all im really pleased and feel like I've got a quality product, for much less than a new version. Its much better specs than I would have got on the high street, for a similar price.
