GCW - Flooring & Beds Reviews 

Recently had some coir matting & vinyl flooring installed by a team consisting of Mike, Cole & Owen and yet again a great job by GCW. Nothing was too much trouble & as always went above & beyond especially when installing the vinyl flooring around the bath in the bathroom.

Mike and Nathan brilliant this morning. Done a great job, quick, efficient, polite and explained everything they were doing. Great service and carpet,thank you.

3 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet required. Quite a daunting task so went in to the Freeman st showroom. Lee was great, he was attentive, helpful and assisted with getting the right textures for the rooms....Spot on!
Lindsey is fab at keeping you informed and was able to organise the 4 separate delivery/fitting days to coincide with my renovations with ease.
I think i must have seen most of the fitters, but it doesn't matter who you have come to your home, Owen, Callum, Cole, Dan, Nath they are all respectful, tidy, competent and want to do a good job.
Lovely company, i will return and sing your praises in the mean time.

Good knowledgeable staff in store, offering excellent advice on floor covering options after removing a wall between 2 rooms. Opted for LVT flooring. Fitter Steve was fantastic, superb finish and attention to detail, very clean. Also demonstrated a good knowledge of biscuits and how to make them disappear. Will definately use this company again. Was a bit dubious about having LVT after previous poor experience from a different company but the flooring supplied and fitting experience was excellent.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by GCW. From the initial consultation with Josh to the final fitting with Nathan, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They made sure the carpets were laid perfectly, with smooth edges and seamless joins — the finish is flawless!

They were also respectful of my home, tidying up after themselves and even helping move a few pieces of furniture. The quality of the materials and workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the new carpets have completely transformed the look and feel of the space.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and friendly carpet fitters. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Matt and Chris delivered my sons 5m x 9m Artificial grass the other day.
They telephoned my Wife as they were on their way, which was a good gesture.
On arrival, the grass, which had to be maneuvered on a trolley it was that big, they man handled it into the garden space,after first turning it around,which wasn't that easy given the space they had. 5 stars to them both isn't enough for what they did for us.

Mike came and fitted my stairs and landing carpet. This was such a large job and he acted in a professional manner. It was such a big job that I also had 2 others come and assist Mike, Callum and Dan who again was professional and polite. I live my carpet and so glad I chose GCW for my carpet and fitting.

Mike was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He fitted a stairs runner and landing carpet for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes real pride in his work. Nothing was too much trouble—he took the time to make sure everything was perfectly aligned and finished to a high standard.

Could not recommend him enough! We're extremely happy with the overall look!

Did a fantastic job nothing was to much trouble Mike and Cole was brilliant I was worried because I still had my bed and Chester draws in the the bedroom but it was not an issue with them thanks so much guys

Mike and Nathan have done a marvellous job of my bathroom floor today, working in cramped conditions in the smallest room in the house and fitting under the floating sink unit. They were both very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them and will use again.

Had Mike and Cole fit a stirs and landing carpet, looks amazing done a fantastic job very pleased with the finish. Two very polite people also kept everything clean and tidy would highly recommended

Excellent level of service from GCW from start to finish. We were not sure what we wanted for a bedroom when we got to store, just that we wanted light grey, but we were given sound advice and a good price. Nathan has just been to fit the carpet and it looks fantastic, soft and luxurious. Nathan was lovely and very careful in our home, took his shoes off etc. I would highly recommend GCW. Thank you.

Mike fitted our landing and stairs carpet, which although wasn’t straight forward he did a brilliant job!
