3 week delivery, and didn't end up with exactly what I was looking for. Bought a DS game off of a listing that showed a picture of the OEM game and the description seemed to suggest the same. Turns out, the listing was actually for a SD card repro copy. They were quite helpful with issuing a refund when I wasnt satisfied and seemed to be very willing to help. All email communication was a bit slow, so if you need to get a hold of them try their website instead. I could see this being an decent source for reproduction games, if that is what you're looking for.

I received my purchase in a reasonable time frame. The product was packaged very well and works flawlessly (pokemon unbound version) I will be buying from these website again.

Honestly this is so legit I’m not kidding. I bought Pokemon Fire Red and worked PERFECTLY, this games are normally above hundreds to buy original and this is EXACTLY the same. I just finished Pokemon Fire Red and now I just got Pokemon Liquid Crystal, will be buying from them more for sure!

I have now bought many games from here, and I am very impressed with them. I had a shipping mishap and it took me a few emails to get ahold of someone. As soon as I got through the communication was handled very well, and everything was squared away! I did order, I think more than 10 games, and so I definitely haven’t exhausted them/played them all the way through. I did start each game for an hour+ though. They are all great quality, and the saves all work. I am very happy with my purchases. It is really cool to be able to play these games at an affordable price, and be able to keep the on a physical cartridge! I’m so thankful that there are people making this available, and I am satisfied with the quality of the cartridges at the prices I bought them for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been requesting a return/refund for over 3 weeks. I have emailed/called/texted. Aside from that, it took them 2 weeks to process the order and I had to hound them for a tracking number. The conversation with them are pointless b/c they give the run around. I have been dealing with this situation since the beginning of December.

I received a faulty cartridge and was able to reach the team after some time.
They sent me replacement cartridge at no extra cost - thank you!

I ordered Pokémon Yellow Edition from this company in early November, paid in full, and we are now in mid-January.

I have not received the product, not received a refund, and despite sending multiple emails, no one has responded. There is absolutely no communication, no updates, and no accountability.

At this point, I don’t even know whether my order exists, has been lost, or is simply being ignored. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable for a paid order.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend avoiding this business unless you are prepared to lose your money and be ignored.

This company takes your money and does not deliver your goods. Beware!!!!!!

Update: received a replacement cartridge on January 21st that does not work.

I purchased a 3DS cartridge for my husband for Christmas. On use, it doesn’t work at all and I’ve had no response from GSG to resolve this. £40 down the drain. Please avoid and don’t waste your money!!!

In response to Gear Shifts reply to my review: your product states it’s compatible with Nintendo 3DS which is the device we’ve used it on. It’s clear they have no intention of replacing or refunding a faulty order.

The product I bought (Pokémon 23 in one Rom) didn't work, they'd messed up initial postage, and their customer service is awful. They don't respond in any decent timeframe, I'm not sure I'll be able to get a refund, and they've been completely unprofessional in all their correspondence.
Still awaiting a return label to be emailed. 40 ish pounds that I need back.
Their reply is false. I have not received this and can provide images to show the lack of responses. So if the company can refrain from lying, it would be appreciated.

Be careful of this online store. They appear as an advert like a legitimate company. I've learned the hardway of not doing background research on the company. I saw the deal and was lured in.

I thought I purchased an old Nintendo DS game as a present for Christmas. However, the game "cartridge" is fake.

Tell tale signs - Poor quality presentation on box, lack of official nintendo logo and reg numbers on the back game cartridge. The cartridge also came with an SD card which is unusual for ninetendo games after looking it up online.

It's a scam in the way that every Ali express drop shipping website is a scam, but the item did arrive which is good, I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped, but was ignored so that was annoying

The communication from customer service leaves you with more to be desired. But the claims that this website is a scam isn't necessarily true. It took awhile but I got what I paid for. And I was eventually able to reach someone who seemed genuine through their website's direct chat function. It feels very impersonal, but works. Overall a good alternative to buying original game cartridges, because it's much more affordable. Be aware that these aren't licensed games, but instead emulators that play exactly like the originals (with a cheats UI that can improve your experience with these old games). It works well for my Nintendo 3DS.
