Amazing product, terrible fulfilment, poor customer service
29/7/2026 - Amazing product. Terrible fulfilment every time you order.
17/08/2026 - Thanks for your response following my first review. As per your request, I did respond to your team with the necessary information and I haven't heard from them for 7 days unsurprisingly. Still no product received either

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re very pleased that you are happy with our products, but you are absolutely right: a great product is not enough if the fulfilment experience repeatedly falls short.
We’re sorry that this has happened on more than one occasion. We would like to review your recent orders to understand exactly where the process failed and prevent it from happening again. Please reply to our request for further information with your order details, and our team will investigate the matter carefully.
Thank you for continuing to choose GEARXPro despite these issues. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
Best regards,
The GEARXPro Team

Hello,
Hello,
I believe the overall quality of the product is excellent. However, since the white color was out of stock, I had no choice but to select one of the available colors (yellow) from your Italian website. Unfortunately, the actual product I received appears much closer to orange than yellow, which is very disappointing.
As this was an international order and I purchased three pairs at once, returning them is not a practical option. I am therefore left having to use them despite my dissatisfaction. The color is quite noticeable, and I feel uncomfortable wearing them at the gym.
Could you please let me know if the white color will be restocked in the near future? I look forward to your response.
Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for acknowledging the quality of our product. We are, however, very sorry that the colour you received did not match your expectations, especially as you placed an international order for three pairs.
We always aim to represent our colours as accurately as possible. While lighting and screen settings can cause slight variations, we would like to verify whether the shade you received is consistent with the product shown on our website.
Please reply to our Trustpilot request with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the products. We will carefully review the case, confirm the expected restock date of the white version and assess the most appropriate solution, taking into account that an international return may not be practical for you.
We look forward to assisting you.
Best regards,
The GEARXPro Team

Item available online but sold out
Bought soxpro ultra light with insole size 41 and received the refund of the insole, contacted the support and they said it was sold out and mistakenly it was available on the website.
I am a bit fan of this brand but paying the shipping again once the insole is available is a bad customer experience.

Hi,
Thank you for your continued support and for being a fan of our brand. We’re very sorry about this experience.
The insole was incorrectly shown as available on our website due to a stock synchronisation error. Although the refund was processed promptly, we completely understand that having to pay the shipping costs again because of our mistake would not be a satisfactory experience.
Please contact our Customer Care team, mentioning this review and your original order number. We will provide you with a dedicated voucher to use when the insole becomes available again, so that you will not have to bear the additional shipping cost.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.

Gentile Alessandra,
Cordiali saluti,

Ottimo prodotto...e ottima assistenza clienti

Hi Josip,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased that you liked the socks, but we’re sorry that they turned grey after only two washes. We also apologise for not responding to your review sooner.
Light-coloured technical fabrics can be affected by colour transfer when washed with darker garments, so we always recommend following the care label and washing them with similar colours. However, without inspecting the product and knowing the washing conditions, we cannot determine exactly what happened in this case.
If you experience a similar issue again, please contact our Customer Care team with a photo and your order number so we can assess it properly.
Best regards,
The GEARXPro Team
✅ Cuciture piatte e rinforzate, evitando sfregamenti e vesciche.
