Under the monthly subscription they ship the same items in multiple months of boxes. Who wants three of the same poster, two of the same mug, two of the same bag, and multiple duplicate keychains/pins. And don't forget your subscription will auto renew on there time. I did, which was a day early my time since they are uk based and I am in the us. I proceeded to cancel it within 20min of it renewing. Took days to get in contact with someone. They stated they would give me a refund minus 22.5%. I was willing to accept a fee but asked for a more reasonable one since I cancelled so close to the renewal, and they just stopped responding And continued to ship boxes that I already canceled. One of the worst Customer service experiences ever.

This subscription is a joke. Paying 55$ for a cheap tote bag with an iron on pikachu, 1 pen, 1 pencil, 3 badly printed mini posters, 2 in which were exactly the same, one of those little cheap Megablox small building pokeballs, 1 Japanese booster pack & 1 medium sized holographic fan made trading card... like this is Dollar Tree stuff. Please dont waste money on this.

Delayed shipping. No communication of this until I contacted them as the 1-3 day shipping as advertised was not honoured. Asked for a refund - no reply. Sent another email 5 days later. No reply again. The crate itself is not worth it, you are better putting a box together yourself. This was meant to be a birthday present (if it had arrived on time I still wouldn’t gift it). Avoid like the plague.

Bought the £80 collectors Harry Potter mystery box the contents were worth £30 max my daughter got 3 pens 2 photos of merch but not the merch itself the Funko in the box was a cheap one she got two mini mystery bags that are worth a couple of quid and 2 lego figures massive rip off.

I paid for the premium version (£50) of the marvel 'crate' I did email and ask if there was any clothing items in the box could they possibly swap it out for something else as this was a gift for a child and they said that was fine.

Now I have the box I'm not sure any clothing would have even been included. I got a Funko.. just a standard Funko you can buy anywhere. 2 rubber keyrings, a rubber fridge magnet, 2 single LEGO mini build figures, 2 small print outs, a 'comic' that had more advertising than anything else and had $4.99 printed on the back, a spider man pin badge, a build your own cardboard groot which is literally £2.99 online and 3 stickers.. there was nothing premium about it and to top it off it came in a small cardboard box the size of a shoe box, no nice packaging to add to experience.. just a sad beige shoe box.

I personally don't think it was worth the £50 I paid and im going to feel embarrassed to even gift it. I was hoping to get my son the anime version for his birthday coming up but after this disappointment in a sad beige box I'm not going to bother.

A great company with lots of lovely merch to give. I get the Harry Potter one and the only problem is that I occasionally I get merch repeated. Other than that though it’s awesome, I look forward to my box each month

im enjoying the crates i love the products and if i dont i give them to my friends ime more sith and vader so any rebel stuff i give away but thank you the star wars crates are great

Brilliant Pokemon bundles every month

I was very disappointed with the last 2 boxes that I received. The 2nd box i received had q couple items that were the same as the first box. I thought well maybe it's just a fluke. Well I was sadly mistaken when I receive my June box. I had 3 items that were the same as my 2nd box. I was highly disappointed. I emailed the company and got no response back. Don't waste your money not worth it. I even sent them pictures of the multiple items.

Fab company. We love these boxes. They always have good things inside.
We had an item broken once, just an accident during delivery, but they were very quick to respond and replaced the item immediately. Makes me love the company even more when they respond appropriately and quickly.

I fund this online and got 1 box too see and it was amazing got so match in it so stated a monthly anime box from last year and avery box is different.
Its good for a gift or for yourself

Subscription box is great,not all items are not for me but overall great value for money and items are very good quality.would recommend to any geeks.

I signed up for Geek Crate a couple of months ago and have now received my second box. Both crates have been really enjoyable — the items are fun, well-chosen, and feel like great value for money. It’s exactly what I was hoping for as a geeky surprise each month. Highly recommend!

1 star is even TOO much!
They took my money, never received the box it came back to them after the douane and then they never refunded me. They are ignoring my e-mails for more then a year now. This is crazy!

waste of $

got the $70 crate, paid 30 shipping, finally received, and it was barely worth the items inside, could of got more elsewhere. Terrible value for money. Worst purchase. I thought there would at least be a pop inside but no.

I ordered a crate and understanding it was close to Christmas on Dec 4th thinking I’d get it in time for the holidays. Dec 31 is when I am writing this and my tracking has my package still in a different state. This company is nothing but a drop ship company. If you have any issues or lateness of package or if it doesn’t show up at all this company does nothing about it. Another reason why our world is eroding away. All about the dollar never about service to continue to get those dollars.
