Using geelark since 6 months

Using geelark since 6 months, real game changer tool, help me to manage multiple tiktok and insta accs. Have tried others tools in the past; but geelark is the best from far.

Payment Required Before Clarity on Usage Model

I registered with GeeLark intending to evaluate the service before committing to regular use. However, there is currently no free trial or test period available — access requires an upfront balance top-up. This means a user must make a payment decision without being able to practically assess whether the service fits their specific needs.

During my conversation with support, it became clear that the included minutes (for example, 60 minutes) are shared across all profiles over a 30-day period, not per profile. When working with multiple devices, this allocation can be consumed much faster than one might reasonably assume at first glance. Without careful clarification, it is easy to underestimate actual usage and overall cost.

Additional minute packages are sold separately, which can significantly increase the total budget for active users. Combined with the absence of a trial option, this creates a situation where financial commitment is required before fully understanding how the time allocation model will impact real-world usage.

Support does respond, but the communication felt largely informational rather than consultative, and did not provide a strong sense of transparency around practical cost planning.

Personally, I consider this structure to carry a higher-than-expected budgeting risk. I would strongly recommend that potential users carefully calculate projected minute consumption and fully understand the allocation model before making any payment.

To clarify, our current Free plan includes 2 profiles sharing 30 minutes, so users can evaluate the service before upgrading. And we’re continuously reviewing how we present this information to ensure it’s clearer and easier to evaluate upfront.

GeeLark is the solution if you manage social media, we as a business are so happy to use GeeLark so far, it's safe and very userfriendly, instead of buying many phones we have plenty users using geelark cloud phones
