I forgot to cancel my subscription last month. Immediately after being charged, I replied to the billing email stating that I wanted to cancel. Despite this, you charged me again today and refused to issue even a single refund.

I will never use your services again. You clearly have no respect for your customers' money. Your records show I haven't used the service at all for two years. I intend to file complaints regarding your terrible policies across various platforms. This was only a two-month gap, and while I often switch projects and would have needed this environment in the future, you have successfully and permanently driven away a customer who would have required your services long-term.

IT IS A BIG SCAM!
Don't waste your money on this software, it's fully detected, and there is no refund option!
Support is awful, and it's a scam company.

Hi everyone, I do not recommend this service. The performance is unstable: constant lags, loading times from 20–30 seconds up to several minutes, and it is extremely inconvenient to use on mobile devices.

Regarding support: I requested a refund, but it was denied due to account limitations. Fine, noted.

Payments are accepted without any issues, but it is impossible to withdraw or get a refund.

I recommend using alternative services.

Subscribed to the platform before bed with the hopes of getting a remote job done in the morning, lost the job in the morning (less than 8hrs), reached out for a refund but was rejected "due to personal reasons" according to Morelogin.

Advise everyone to stay away.

Good App, easy to use and secure

I signed up for MoreLogin’s referral program and referred people like they asked. It’s been over 20 days since I submitted my withdrawal request, and I still haven’t received any payment. I kept checking, sent follow-ups, and waited patiently. Nothing.

They promised payouts and didn’t deliver. That’s not how you treat people who support your platform. I feel misled.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. They ignored me after taking my effort. Be careful if you’re thinking about using this service

It’s great that MoreLogin added the ability to import bookmarks as HTML — that shows they’re listening to users. However, forcing the old Name::URL format still limits real usability. We need to be able to import bookmarks with folders as they are, just like other tools allow. Otherwise, the feature loses a lot of its value.

Another issue is that column resizing doesn't save. Every time I restart, I have to adjust everything again, which is frustrating for daily use.

Overall, solid potential — but these small details matter. Looking forward to future improvements!

I like using morelogin alot. The UI is intuitive and easy to use, excellent browser fingerprint technology and good account protection. Furthermore, I like the fact that it has in-built proxies and I can pay them using my local payment method.
However, I have some issues with it. Customer support is slow. Sometimes they don't respond and your proxies have connection failures from time to time, which is frustrating and a turn off for me. It can take the whole day before connection resumes so I end up not working that day. Please fix that immediately.
Overall, I like it and would recommend.
