Gefnet makes house calls
He Makes house calls which is unusual this day of age and found the problem right away and was out the door in less than an hour. He really knows his stuff I will use him again and would recommend him if you have trouble with your computer.

My laptop screen was not turning on…
My laptop screen was not turning on some times and after consulting GEFNET he asked me 75$ for it to fix. And my laptop still has the same issue. Now he says its hardware issue and he not sure. Without knowing the problem I have charged 75$. I am helpless.

Initially, the problem seemed resolved, but the recurrence confirms it's likely a deeper hardware issue.
Given the potential high costs of hardware repairs, I suggested that replacing the laptop might be more economical. You are welcome to seek a second opinion from another service provider to explore other possible solutions.
