They were very timely in examining the problem with my laptop and providing solutions. This also translated to the job being completed in a timely manner. So Long story really long unfortunately, 3 months ago. I went to get my phone fixed because my charger port was messed up and he did fix it and I forgot to write a review before. And everything happens for a reason because if I wouldve ended this story at that then he wouldve gotten 5 stars.

my phone signal kept cutting out to where I couldnt make calls without it hanging up in 10 seconds, and the service would plain just cut out at random times or in random places that id normally be fine in.

So I Text ebrima and we Schedule to come in. First of all this guy is never available the day you call or text him, even though on his website he says hes open from monday to friday but apparently he wasnt there that day and he wanted me to come tomorrow. fine

So i schedule an appt at 9 am the next day because thats what his website suggests. NOPE, he changes it to 10 am. alright whatever things happen.

So 10 am next day im there and he doesnt get there til 10:30
So I tell him about the back coming off and the phone connection problems, and he asks me if I got it wet or if I dropped it and I said yes after I got the phone fixed I went to a Paint And Powder party and It got wet But that was months ago,
and I dropped it here and there since i got the phone fixed but nothing major. And he Says hell fix it and come back later because i was busy the whole weekend so i needed my phone later.

Whatever, I get that first invoice, full of gaslighting knowing he literally fixed nothing Now, its like mans really sat there and told me that he charged me $20 MORE because He would Normally charge $245 just to clean out whole CORROSION from my phone And that the water damage was the reason for the connection messing up.
So I Come back later On and He brings out the phone and he tells me to call him and instead of answering the phone, he saw the phone come through to this phone and then hangs up, even tho i asked can he answer the phone, he ignores me and asks for the money,
So me being stupid and naive and not thinking about it, I gave him a $100 bill and before I leave, he literally stops me at the door and forces me to go to google to write him a review so I had a previous review that's now deleted.
So as soon as I drive down the street, I call my Little brother and were talking and all of a sudden the signal starts messing up again and it completely cuts out. mind you in a spot near my house that never cut out before.
Unfortunately I couldnt even go back because i was busy until the weekend was done and he wasnt there on weekends anyway,
And i also thought that it had to be my sim card.
So Come monday, 12/30, i go to Metro By Tmobile and the guy in there tells me for some reason (well based on later in this story for a good reason) that the sim card port was messed up and was missing a pin.
So I contact Ebrima, and the first thing he cares about is if someone else got into my phone and not that he lied about fixing my phone.
And He proceeds to gaslight me and sends me a picture of my phone talking about he knows exactly what he was doing and was sending me picture of the "damage" and I literally call him out on it and say thats paint not corrosion and as you can see he had no response to that other than to come in tomorrow because , of course HE WASNT IN THAT DAY.
So I come tomorrow and he basically tells me how wrong the guy is and hes so right that theres nothing wrong with the sim port. Mind you he never says what the problem was in the first place and his error but hes so adamant on how right he is about the sim port.
So I give him my phone, he takes hours to fix my phone, i come back later on and he gives me my phone, the signal is worse and I cant even make calls to him in the office. So he puts my old sim card port back and i get my money back, And this idiot wouldnt even give me cash just cash app and then he wouldnt send the cash out fee, so his wife gave me cash and i left

This was my second time replacing the computer screen of my laptop. Both times, everything worked great.

This place is great. The owner was able to see me the same day I called. Prices are very reasonable. The owner was able to fix my laptop fan and also found deep viruses in my computer that he removed. He answered ALL of my many questions, giving me a better understanding of what was going on with my computer. He kept me updated via text through the entire process. I highly recommend him and will be going to only him for my computer needs in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with ITTSforALL. I mostly like their on time service. I brought my computer in the morning and it was fixed by the evening same day. My computer is working like a brand new now. They are respectful to customers and have good customer service.

I brought my son laptop in to get fixed. ITTSforAll LLC did a great job on fixing my son laptop I would recommend anyone to come they are very professional and reliable and the consumer service is wonderful.

This is where you should go to get your devices repaired. Ebrima actually went above and beyond. He was super knowledgeable and helpful on the questions that I had and new exactly what to do on each of the problems I had. The work was timely and affordable. He even checked in and was quick to respond before during and after repairs. I would give 10 stars if possible. This will be my go to. Highly recommended.

I’m very glad to do business with ITTS. The owner, Ebrima, is fixed my IPhoneX and my MacBook Pro computer. He was worked on both instruments very detailed. Both instruments is running perfectly. He asked very reasonable prices to fix. I recommend him to everybody who needs help on their electronics.

My experience was great, friendly and understanding customer service. Even though it seemed like a repair that couldn’t happen for my laptop and I had to be stuck with the damage, it was made possible given the hard work and effort. I was pleasantly surprised to have the news the repair was able to be done, and for a price I believe is reasonable, could’ve costed so much more but it was acceptable for me. I would recommend them to someone I know if they are in need of a tech repair, and I wouldn’t mind in the future to possibly do business with this company again.

I originally went to Cessay for a tablet screen repair but ultimately he repaired a laptop for me. I found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable about phones and computers.
