It was so convenient and easy to use. Everything you need is on your page and you can text anytime about your information and receive help. Highly recommend. I didn't have to wait forever for an in person appointment

General Medicine made it very easy to book an appointment! I really enjoyed speaking with Dr. Patel. He was very knowledgeable and made the visit comfortable. I just felt like after trying the medicine, I didn’t care for it so I decided to not take it! I’m feeling better everyday! Thank you for all of your help and positive feedback!

Made an appointment for my fiancé at 10:30 PM tonight, since she has been in really bad pain and it’s making her miserable. None of the hospitals we go to will take her serious so we went to their website and checked it out.

The doctor acted like he didn’t care and that he couldn’t do anything for her, which is ridiculous. It’s not right, and I’m very upset about this. Don’t fall for this SCAM like I did just ridiculous.

I loved how easy it was to make a same day appointment. The doctor took time to listen to me and was well educated when discussing potential diagnosis'. I also appreciate that they check up afterwards.

I tried this brand for a simple medication refill between doctor visits. They promised a doctor would be in touch by 4 in the afternoon. Its now 9pm amd still nothing. Its too late to go elsewhere.

Took payment.
Disappeared.
I have to wait til tomorrow to get the rx I needed today.
No response to email, text or phone calls.

Easy to access. Quick. My insurance was covered too

My mother is dealing with health challenges, she needed medical attention but no one wanted to see her virtually. I was super stressed out. I would pay for a visit with various providers and then at the virtual appointment the provider would say, oh we can't see your Mom. I was told she is told my too old or we only treat these symptoms. I was literally at my wits end when I ran upon General Medicine's web site. I was so elated to find Dr. Guzman who is not only a great doctor, but he is also extremely understanding. Dr. Guzman was able to accurately diagnose my mom and prescribe the appropriate medication. I highly recommend Dr. Guzman.
