Would give 0 stars, purchased a pair of jeans on the 26th of May, a week had gone past without any updates so I followed up again with no reply. It took 22 days from making the purchase that I got a response from Fatima saying “unfortunately we have had to cancel your order as it has sold out”. I checked the website after this and saw the same jeans were still showing as available on their website. As I wanted to avoid waiting 22 days for another failed order I picked a different pair, this pair was received after 5 days with the security tag still attached on the back. I’ve now written again to customer support 4 days ago to highlight this with no response. Avoid at all costs
Bought some jeans 8 days ago. They still haven’t been shipped. I reached out to customer service on email and chat and have been ignored. I will never order from this company again. Extremely slow and absolutely no way get help. Don’t bother
DO NOT PURCHASE! Absolutely horrible; it took ages to get hold of customer service. Ordered on the 26th of May, and it's now the 16th of June, and it hasn't even been packed!! 3 weeks! I paid $18 for shipping, which is insane! They just lied in the email and said it's been shipped, but when I clicked on the tracking, it hasn't even been packed. Desperately just trying to get a refund at this point; I don't even think I'll get my order. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered some jeans over 3 weeks ago and heard nothing about my order. It took multiple emails to finally get a response to say that my order had been ‘cancelled’ and they would not be able to send it.
I made a purchase on the 1st of June over ten days ago online including the cost of express delivery and from that moment I have not received a single update I've tried multiple times to contact and have only received an automated response I have seen that the purchase a Saskia winter jacket has decreased in price by forty dollars as my email has been spammed by the General Pants promotional adverts but no response of a human kind at all they've taken the payment the cost of express delivery and have completely ignored the duty of sending my purchase

i ordered on the 24th of may, 2 tops. only received one and have been absolutely ghosted about the other, their “customer service” haven’t replied to 2 emails and lie that they’re connecting you to someone in their live chat option.

I would rate a 0 if I could. I ordered the “KENNY BOMBER CHOCOLATE XS” 3 weeks ago. I received the receipt through my emails as I purchased it in store and it was meant to be delivered to my door. But that is the only form of communication I’ve received!! I’ve called the Tea Tree Plaza store twice! Got told to call back after another week the first time and the second I got told they couldn’t help. Already frustrated I emailed the customer service email over a week ago. I’ve now sent 3-4 emails with NO REPLY!! I’m beyond frustrated and honestly disappointed. First and only time I will be making a purchase here!!!
I placed an order on the 26th of May and received my order in seperate parcels. I ordered about 6 items. One item I ordered was the Jen Oversized Patch Pocket which was never packed in any of the seperate parcels I received. I reached out to customer service and didn’t receive a response right away. When I finally received a response they were not helpful at all. When I reached out again for rectification or a refund of the item that was not recieved I never got a response. I still have received any feedback from customer service nor a refund. Literally ghosted. I would avoid ordering online at all costs from this store !!
Ordered May 6th, still not shipped after almost 3 weeks.
I ordered the Super Low Wide Richie jeans on May 6th and, as of today, have still not received a shipping confirmation. I paid $17.99 for shipping, which the website advertises as 5 days. I was told on May 11th my order would ship "within the day," then told on May 13th it had already shipped — both of which turned out to be false. Customer service representatives stopped responding to my emails, and the website has been inaccessible for weeks, meaning I cannot even view my own order. I have sent numerous emails and DMs on Instagram with little to no resolution. I would not recommend ordering online from this company.
Missing item on order. No packing slip in parcel. Looking at the other reviews mentioning being ghosted by customer service, I am not looking forward to trying to resolve this.
Sent out my order that they got wrong. Missing an item, another item that is labelled with the wrong size.
Worst bit? They're ghosting me. Messaged on every platform, no emails or messaged back. Called their online number 10+ times, no one answered and I haven't received any calls back. Shop elsewhere, its not worth the heachade trying to deal with this company.
For an Australian-based online store, I’d say the service has been very poor. It’s been two full weeks and I still haven’t received a clear answer on where my small order is. Communication is extremely slow, and when I chase updates, I either get no response or no proper answer at all. Being a national company with an online store, tracking inventory shouldn’t take this long. Very disappointing customer service and delivery experience.
Used to be better. Now slightly difficult to buy and return if needed (like size wrong etc)
I went with GeneralPants for my purchase because they are an icon brand to me growing up in Aus ?
But OMFG they are horrendous to deal with?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to return a gift purchased for me. In the store in Warringa mall I was told that a refund could only be issued to the exact card used for the purchase, despite the fact that it was a gift and the purchaser was just visiting me and lives overseas. This policy was not even stated on the receipt, which is misleading and unfair to customers.
It should not be this difficult to return an item, especially when the circumstances are clearly explained. Instead of showing understanding, the staff member became defensive and irritated when I expressed my frustration.
I now have a gift card I have no desire to use, as this experience has completely put me off shopping here again.
Chadstone store is putrid. Absolute pig dog staff who lie, are rude and are unhelpful. Will never go back again. I hope you don't go through what I did. Dreadful
