Just a general check up and x-rays unfortunately fillings needed, starting those in November. Unfortunately still having discomfort with tooth that was filled Tuesday afternoon, awaiting extraction appointment at dental hospital for that, hopefully not too long to wait. Maybe I'll start using orajel again.

Having recently had my annual check and agreed with the dentist that I should have a couple of fillings due to age of the original tooth I was surprised that a cancellation came up and I was able to get treatment much sooner than expected The dentist did a fantastic job with the tooth 🦷 and all is good 👍

I was left in extreme pain after making an appointment for a tooth extraction and apparently having a seizure in the dentist chair all I remember is waking up in the ambulance on my way to Cramlington hospital without a reason why this happened.

Very professional. Seen on time. All the staff very pleasant and helpful. I had teeth whitening and the dentist explained everything. The trays were ready within 2 weeks. So happy with the results.

First filling
Came in yesterday for my first filling. The dentist and the nurse were both really lovely, explained everything that would happen before going ahead. Whole thing only took 20 mins and they made sure I felt ok with everything at all times

Excellent Service
Staff are very polite efficient and considerate. Imran is and excellent proffessional and considerate dentist.
I do not think the outsourcing of the call centre to India is a benefit, as it is always preferable to deal with local staff whom you can build a rapport with.

I had to use Genix dentist recently…
I had to use Genix dentist recently with a tooth that had broken away and was causing considerable pain. After diagnosing an infection and taking antibiotics, the tooth was removed on Thursday 16th July. I am very nervous at a dentists and was expecting to hate it from start to finish.
The dentist was so good that I didn’t even then feel the tooth come out and even the injections into the surrounding gums were nothing like the pain I usually experience. I am one of the millions that work full time and get very little help from anybody, so can’t afford dentists ever and my teeth show that. Other dentists have been very judgemental and look down their noses at you. But the Genix staff were all lovely and welcoming and non judgmental. The practice is air conditioned and kept to a high standard which was also appealing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
