HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of GGDB and still no update on shipping and it has been 11 days! Ridiculous!

Mi sono presentato ad acquistare il mio terzo paio di mcqueen, tutte originali prese nello store apposito e la commessa si è permessa di affermare che le mie scarpe non fossero originali. Sconsiglio vivamente di evitare questo negozio

I purchased black YSL boots. They sent brown ones. Returned the boots and they have NOT refunded me. Lost over $1000. Thieves.

I purchased a Max Mara coat and Moncler jacket. They are both authentic however as one of the coats is too big I ‘ve been trying to reach out to them to initiate a return.

I can NEVER reach out to their customer service and no on has replied back to my emails.
Please be aware when you make a purchase that you won’t receive any customer service whatsoever.

Ho acquistato online un paio di alexander McQueen online e una delle due scarpe è gialla, suola e lacci sporchi, alcuni graffietti e macchie... probabilmente era la scarpa esposta... ma dico io... che modo di lavorare è questo? Spero di ricevere il rimborso

Ho comprato un paio di mc queen bianche da uomo il 12/09/19 per farle come regalo.
Purtroppo il numero era sbagliato e le ho riportante indietro al negozio siccome il numero che mi occorreva non c’era mi hanno fatto un buono dicendomi di aspettare che tornavano. Siamo al 3/01/20 sono passati 4 mesi ho contattato più e più volte il negozio rimbalzando la data di arrivo ogni volta.
Ricordo che le scarpe costano 400€ e i soldi loro li hanno in mano già da 4 mesi.

Ho recentemente acquistato un paio di sneaker firmate Alexander McQueen e devo dire che il negozio si presenta molto curato nel dettaglio e rifornito.Il personale é molto socievole e disponibile ad ogni domanda.Anche se ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente con le scarpe le ho riportate il giorno dopo in negozio e ,munito di scontrino, me le hanno prontamente sostituite.
Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono andare sul sicuro per degli acquisti firmati.

Scarpe off fake controllate al negozio zoom terra in esposizione è che ti fanno pregare con le scritte shoelaces staccate

I recently made a purchase (Christian louboutin bag) from genteroma.com & I had never heard of them before. I was helped by this really nice guy (I wish I knew his name then I could write it in my review) I rang them few times & emailed aswell. Unfortunately I did not like my bag so I had to send it back. For some reason I was really worried that I had given out my personal information to some company that I had never heard of before & panicked if I was going to get my money back. Again I emailed them & I was told not to worry. So my whole return went smoothly & I can assure everybody this is one of the best luxury places to shop online or in store. I got all my money back. I have been to Rome & might have been to this store but I never remember the names of the stores unless it’s an obvious kind of name. So ladies please don’t hesitate you can trust GENTEROMA completely no matter where u r in the world! I will be buying from them again & hopefully no returns this time 😉
