Would highly recommend Gentleman & a Van for any removal needs. I recently used them for a flat move and had a great experience starting with the initial booking conversations with Chloe right through to the friendly service from the removal men on the day.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The boys came and packed the day before and moved my home the day after.

The on the day moving was good the gentleman were very helpful. However boxes were left in the van and stuff went missing. No apology was made by the head office or discount offered. On top of this was then invoiced incorrectly not once but twice! Again no apology offered. It’s the second time I have used them in 3 years so was really disappointed as last time I had no issues.

This is a superb and well run It is reflected from the moment you contact them. Charming, polite, efficient and helpful. Arrived on time, their van was so clean you could eat off the floor. It was completed delivery handled with care and consideration. Give them a gold star.

Amy made the booking easy and straightforward. Mark the driver and his colleague arrived on time. They carefully and efficiently loaded our furniture and at the other end unloaded and positioned it where we wanted it. You couldn’t ask for a better service.

The guys were really helpful and friendly, and very experienced - would definitely use again!

Communication:
Communication was simple and straightforward. The main person I liaised with (Billie-Jane) was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly. Communication was through calls and email.

Price: Great value, great price.

Day of Removal: The two individuals (Steven and Casey) assigned to my job were amazing. They were professional, friendly, very efficient and took great care with the items.

Overall I highly recommend this company, I will definitely use them again.

Luciano and team were incredibly efficient and most of all cared about the customer. It was stress free and an overall pleasant experience that would have made me go mad(given how many little things accumulated over the years thanks to miss)

We used Gentleman and Van to move a large sofa at short notice. They were able to agree to my preferred date and time (and on a Friday too). Their office staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The removal team arrived on time for collection, were considerate and professional and also assembled the sofa on delivery. An excellent customer experience from start to finish. They will be my go -to removal service in future.

We used Gentleman & a Van for our recent house move, and I was very impressed. We went for the full packing service, and they did a fantastic job.

Arrived at 8am day before move, and had the entire house packed away by the afternoon. Then very efficient moving process on the day. Put down floor protecters, and put everything exactly where we wanted it in our new house, including reassembling all the furniture.

The entire team were polite, friendly, and very careful. No mess or damages, and the packing quality is top-notch. Big thanks to Luke and the team!

I recently used Gentleman & A Van as I was leaving my current house share and needed to temporarily move my belongings to a storage facility.

The team that arrived were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient. Once at the storage place, they loaded up the trollies whilst I checked in so everything was ready to go once we had the storage room making everything really quick and easy.

The whole process was easy. I had a quick call, sent a video of our property and what needed moving and Terance got back to me that day. On the day of removal, Nick and Billy arrived exactly on time and the whole move went perfect. The guys were very polite, respectful and made us relax while they did all the hard work. I would use them again and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We were really impressed by the team who helped with our move. They were super speedy getting everything boxed up, and we felt relaxed and in safe hands throughout.

Gentleman and a van were super movers! They made light work of the 4 flights of stairs to my flat, and didn't stop for the 2 hours it took to take all the boxes down. All done with a smile and cheer. I felt the price was very reasonable for the service, and the team on the telephone were so helpful too.
