I received exactly what I ordered. I had never ordered from GenuineTools before so I started with some batteries for my M12 tools. They arrived brand new in secure, non-retail packaging just like the product was shown on it's webpage. Since the pricing was so favorable, the packaging is fine. It was shipped quickly and it arrived safely. I will purchase from them again and you should too.

I am very happy to have found this website and very happy with their service. I found some older style Milwaukee M-12 batteries that I really wanted and only they had. The newer style M-12 batteries have a different weight and balance that is not as good as the originals. I tried some third party Asian batteries but they both stopped working after a year or so.

Their prices were very reasonable and delivery was quick and simple. I am a very satisfied customer and will be back.

Was needing a Milwaukee orbital sander for a project. Compatible with the M18 batteries. Found it at the usual stores for $150. Came across the same sander on GenuineTools for $89. Shipping took 4 days and UPS tracking was spot on. It arrived today. Same exact product including all attachments and manuals. Works perfectly. Could not be happier with choosing GenuineTools and will be using them for future Milwaukee tools.

Both some great tools at much lower prices because they didn't come in retail packaging. The tools were brand new and of excellent quality.
I prefer not paying for shiny packages but rather paying for good tools.
