I bought my appliances online with Premium home source they were very helpful . As far as the delivery company that delivered the appliances a.m. transport the absolute worst I have ever encountered in my 60 years of living and will not even talk to you to help you resolve the issues. AM DELIVEIES OR AM transport horrible do not have them install your products because they won’t do the whole job and they’re super rude and messy also left white putty all over brand new appliances..
I bought a package of appliances named Brand Forno my double oven that’s electric has some issues it’s been a month, they haven’t found anyone to work on it in my area yet ( central California Valley) ..

Although the shipping estimate was incorrect, the support I was received from all my inquiries was top notch👍👍

I finally got my replacement handle for my Ford no Marco six gas burner stove. Now I’m trying to get Service so we’ll see how good that works out.

3 weeks later than quoted. Some parts are broken and dented.

They helped us navigate our issues with the oven company and handled our complicated issue for us perfectly. They made would could have been very stressful easy and stress free.
We will order all our appliances through PHS in the future because we know we can trust them to take care of us.

Ordered a Furno Microwave. It did not fit into my cabinet. I called Premium Home Source to ask for a return slip. They have been giving me the run around, questioning me on why it doesn't fit. I can't use the microwave. That should be the only explanation they need. Here 10 days later and several emails, I am STILL trying to get a return slip from this company. I don't need PERMISSION to return an unwanted item, as they seem to tell me I do. You can't force someone to keep an expensive appliance they can't use!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I got what I wanted, when I needed it. It was fast with no compilations. It was delivered on time. The price was good. I would use them again,

We purchased a Zline refrigerator, which we absolutely loved the high quality and look, that went kaput after just three years of usage up at our lake house. We could not find anyone to repair or service our fridge.

Premium, along with Zline, gave us names of service providers to no avail. I was panicky as it is summer and we have guests coming each weekend.

We ended up having to purchase a new refrigerator. Premium, along with Zline, understood and offered a remedy that was both generous in spirit and kind.

Would definitely buy from Premium again, and Zline- they just need more service providers up in the North woods.

They had a great price for a Thor drawer refrigerator so I placed an order on June 10th. Today is June 22nd and it still hasn’t shipped. I contacted customer service twice and was told I had to wait a few days for an update. Nobody was able to give me an estimated shipping date or any concrete info. Terrible customer service!!!
June 25:
I was contacted by a person from customer care to apologize and to offer an explanation for the delay which was caused by the an issue with the shipping company. She immediately offered to expedite the shipment and to give me a $100 refund. The refrigerator arrived at my home in two days. She was great!!! I’m very happy with the fridge and it looks great in my bar.

We have been looking at z line appliances for a while now. We needed a ventless hood so we decided to call and Wendy was fabulous. She helped us with everything and we even added a beverage refrigerator to our order. She was polite, efficient, and fast with our order. Plus, gave us a great discount. We’re extremely happy with the customer service we received with Wendy.

Loved the Formo Fridge and dish washer but it arrived separately from range but good quality and service

I’m giving Premium Hime Source 4 stars. The communication between them and us was very good. The gas range we purchased was defective and it was up to us to find a repair technician. If Premium is selling certain brands (Forno) that are defective it should be up to them and the manufacturer to handle the problem not the customer. We opted for a refund but were left with discarding the range

I called Premium Home Source for assistance with an issue I was having with my ZLINE refrigerator door. I was greeted by Wendy, who was attentive and helped me work through the problem. She promptly arranged for a technician to come to my home to address the issue.

The technician is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, and I am hopeful everything will be resolved.
