Absolutely love our kitchen appliances, we bought the range, range hood, wine cooler, microwave, dish washer and fridge and our kitchen looks amazing. The appliances work really well. And when I’ve had issues , customer service was really good communicating thru email. Eli, Nadya and Vanessa were really good at keeping me updated on all my purchases. I wish I can post pictures .

Both Jessie and Anna provided great customer service. Anna continued to work with me on my change of the appliances until it was just right. She didn’t hesitate to respond to my questions and she quickly made all of the changes I requested. I highly recommend PHS and look forward to doing business with the company again.

My experience with PHS has been amazing. They have high quality Brands, we ordered Forno, and an exceptional customer support team. We had a freezer drawer face damaged and a bad cooling fan in range. Both got replaced and handled immediately and with great service. Highly recommend.

PHS was so easy to work with, answered every question I had, we're eager to get me my appliances in a timely fashion. I was under construction and they offered to hold things till I was ready to receive them all at one time. Their prices were the absolute best, better than everywhere else. The delivery team was great as well, you can pay for in home delivery and the 2 men that brought my things in opened everything, assisted with handle installation and put them in place if I wanted. It was just top notch service from start to finish. We couldn't be happier.

This is a follow up to a previous review: I must commend Astrid from Customer Service for helping me recover from a disappointing experience. I appreciate the fact the PHS actually cares about customer satisfaction (a lost art). She has made my experience so much better. I realize that sometimes you just need to contact 'the right person' in order to get redress.
Additionally, I am elated with the option of a token to compensate for the previous inconvenience.

Great customer service! I got the chance to speak with several agents and all were very helpful, honest and kind. They even flagged a sale I was unaware of before I purchased, what a team!!

PHS is great. Their entire customer service dept is so easy to deal with. I dealt mainly with Alex, who provided top notch service at all times. They never left you in the dark and kept you updated. Would highly recommend them.

Customer service returned the damaged fridge and replaced the damaged dishwasher face. The representative assigned to my claim was responsive and helpful. They have resolved the issue for me.

Bought an appliance package with fridge, range and dishwasher. Wasn’t on the jobsite when delivery was received. Fridge and dishwasher were damaged severely. Also fridge did not have an ice maker. Tried to file a claim, all the customer service reps (everyone of which spoke broken english) were completely unhelpful. Said I just had to send a an email to support and hope for the best.

As a builder this is the fist and last time I will work with this company.

Premium Home Source is an excellent resource for top-of-the-line appliances at excellent prices! Their customer service is top-notch! And, their delivery service gets an A+ as their driver went above and beyond to get our stove placed. Highly recommend!!

I purchased a set of kitchen appliances but realized they did not match in color. The following day, I contacted customer service, and Kathy assisted me in resolving the issue. She was very patient and took the time to clearly explain the differences in color options. After our call, I needed additional clarification and called again—Kathy once more assisted me, providing detailed information regarding the refrigerator. She was consistently kind, professional, and attentive. A few days later, I was contacted again by the team regarding a delay with the hood, as it was not yet available in the warehouse. The communication was clear, concise, and handled with a high level of professionalism.
