Wendy was very nice and helpful, she took our order and helped us get a discount. The price with Premium Home Source was the best I could find and Wendy was awsome making sure that we got it.

When I started a chat, Wendy was helpful and made suggestions, we had to rethink our plans so Wendy called me the next day to walk through the process and help with our options, Wendy helped with the order to verify we had everything we needed and stayed on the phone through the whole process, excellent customer service, I would recommend this company to everyone looking for mini split solutions.

This company is outstanding. From the initial ordering when they realized I ordered one of the wrong pieces so they corrected my order all the way to delivery driver who was fantastic in getting our order to our location. I had a difficult time with a refund, and Wendy helped me through it every step of the way, giving outstanding customer service that would make a person want to return to the company for a purchase again. Wendy was wonderful to work with. She was consistent and thorough in her outreach. I initially was frustrated because the first fridge I order (which was in stock at the time of order) I found out 1.5 weeks later when I called that it was out of stock. Wendy reached out and made the reorder of the replacement fridge easy and seamless. Frankly, had it not been for her I would have cancelled my order and asked for a full refund

It's s scary ordering online or phone with a company you have no knowledge of and spending thousands of dollars. But I looked at reviews read almost all of them and they were good reviews. I called the company and spoke with Hazel, we laughed and she made everything comfortable for me. I am designing a whole house remodeled and it's alot. I bounced ideas with her and chose the best product for me.
Then I had a lady call me about shipped named Carlee, wow she handled everything with no stress to me. We did run into an issue with shipping in my state but Carlee jumped right in and handled that issue in a polite and professional attitude once again no stress to me she set up everything.
The representative of this company goes beyond making a purchase simple as possible.

Alex was a tremendous help while I was ordering new appliances for my son’s new condo. I had a very specific look in mind, and unfortunately, the appliance suite I ordered did not include the over-the-range microwave I needed. I selected one from another brand, and Alex called me right away to let me know it would not match the rest of the suite and that I might want to reconsider.

I am so glad he caught it. The kitchen is open to the main living space, so the mismatch would have been visible from every corner of the main floor. On top of that, he ended up saving me some money too, which of course I loved!

Premium Home source was great in every way. I ordered the Forno “twins” we had to remodel the kitchen before unpacking the fridge. We didn’t get around to opening for 2 months and there was a small dent. I sent photos and explanation and they sent me a new door right away. It looks awesome and we love it! Highly recommend Premium Home Source.

Amazing! Every question I had got answered in a timely and polite way.
Delivery was smooth everything came just as I hoped! I ordered the gold handles for everything but was also sent the standard color which I thought was a nice touch if I ever want to switch it up! Over all 5 stars and wouldn’t change a thing! Will be telling everyone about this amazing company
