I had a fantastic rent. Period with this company that they’re so honest straightforward with great prices. They are not existing on bullshit and it’s just wonderful service.

We had a reservation with Georentcar back in 2019 when we first visited Georgia and everything was just fine. We had our car delivered to Kuatissi Airport and it was picked up by someone from the agency three weeks later, all as discussed.

So we decicded to go with the same rental car provider this year. At first everything looked good, we had a short exchange via Mail, and received a reservation request which stated, that it would need to be confirmed by a manager, and that this would happen normally within 2-3 business days. A week went by, and no update was received, neither a confirmation nor a rejection of the request. I followed up via Mail a week later - no response; I tried different channels to contact them over the following days - no response on either channel. I even asked if we should make a down payment, to get a reservation confirmation (as it worked very well back in 2019) - no response. The beginning of our journey approached and we still had no car confirmed - luckily another provider could fit us in on short notice and we booked a car there.

Sad to feel the need to write this review, as I liked the service when we first booked a car with them back in 2019 - however, nowadays I would not recommend to go with this provider anymore, as they are not trustworthy and responsive. In my opinion a rental car provider should have these qualities.
