Wszystko przebiegło pomyślnie i sprawnie.

Keine Ahnung ob es Street car über Aurum Car oder Aurum Car über Street car war. Ich habe am Flughafen im Punta Arenas ein defektes Fahrzeug mit hängender Schürze bekommen. Auf Reklamation wurde nicht eingegangen. Angeblich gäbe es auch kein anders Auto. Also nur dieses oder gar keines. Reklamation wurde ignoriert, Rückerstattung abgelehnt. Ich habe die Klasse VW Virtus gebucht und habe einen i10 Grnade bekommen. Angeblich kein downgrade. Na dann... Würde da jedenfalls nicht mehr buchen.

Finger weg!
In Neapel war Street Rent a Car nicht unter dem Namen zu finden und die angegeben Telefonnummer war nicht angeschaltet.
Nach mehr als 2 Stunden Verzögerung hatten wir dan ein Auto aber zum fünffachen Preis weil die vorhandenen Kreditkarten nicht akzeptiert wurden.

I will try to describe our experience as clearly as possible, although the dissatisfaction is still with us even 3 days after.

I made the reservation over a month in advance, and I clearly remember selecting a pick-up time at 22:00 and return at 13:00 after two weeks. I had to make the reservation twice because the first payment failed. During the first booking, I remember adding a baby seat, and I don’t understand why it was not included in the second reservation, especially since the price was the same.

I also believe the pick-up time in my reservation was changed automatically because I entered my arrival time as 22:00. However, shortly before arrival I was informed that my reservation showed a pick-up time at 11:00, and I was charged an additional 40 euros for late pick-up.

We were traveling with our very active 3-year-old son, arriving late at night after a long flight. No one was waiting for us at the airport as expected, and after calling, we saw the representative arriving with a larger car, which at first seemed like an upgrade, but the back red light was broken. We had to drive to the rental office to change the car, which caused more delay and stress.

At the office, we were informed that we could not use our card unless we purchased their insurance for about 250 euros, even though we already had travel insurance that included car rental coverage. On top of this, we were charged additional fees: 50 euros for an extra driver, 60 euros for a baby seat, 40 euros for late pick-up, and 100 euros cash deposit! And I already paid for reservations over 150euros!

The replacement car we finally received also had issues — the front wipers were damaged and scratched the windshield when used. Although we were told not to worry, this made us feel uncomfortable and stressed throughout the rental period.

Overall, the process was stressful, confusing, and much more expensive than expected. Because of this experience, we will not use Discovery Cars again and will avoid renting from Street Rent a Car in the future.

Terrible, they do not pay their vendors

No one showed up at the Airport to take us to the car lot. Called many times. No Answer. There were two other family's there and all three of us were stranded with NO rental.

Fue uno de los alquileres más amenos que tuve en años. Reservamos un auto para nuestras vacaciones en familia en bariloche. Nos dieron una Chevrolet Tracker casi nueva. Fue un placer todo el proceso desde la salida del aeropuerto hasta la devolución del auto.

I booked a car for the Mendoza airport in Argentina for the 26th of December of 2025. Upon arrival, I found out that they don't have an office in the airport. Second, it was impossible to reach client service, the phone number provided is not working. In summary, a complete scam. I ended up having to book with Avis / Budget at a much larger cost than expected. My recommendation is not using this company.

La experiencia fue muy buena. El vehículo estaba impecable, con pocos km, y el personal muy atento. Todo el proceso fue ágil y sencillo. Me hicieron sentir seguro durante toda la gestión.

Attraverso il sito carjet.com abbiamo prenotato un’auto presso questa agenzia, con richiesta specifica di una Nissan Qashqai E‑Power.
Il voucher, tuttavia, non segnalava chiaramente che la sede operativa di Street‑Rent a Car si trova al di fuori dell’aeroporto e che è necessario attendere sul posto l’arrivo di un loro incaricato per il trasferimento all’ufficio di noleggio.

Giunti in sede, abbiamo scoperto che il veicolo prenotato non era disponibile e che non vi erano auto di categoria equivalente (elettrica o full‑hybrid). Ci è stata invece consegnata un’Opel Grandland diesel, con sedili sporchi e un evidente odore di tabacco. Abbiamo accettato l’auto soltanto perché non c’erano alternative e l’orario era ormai tardo: ci attendevano ancora oltre 220 km da percorrere.

Al nostro rientro, abbiamo constatato che Street‑Rent a Car aveva addebitato circa 40 euro in più rispetto alla cifra pattuita con CarJet, motivando tale differenza con un costo assicurativo che avevamo già saldato al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo la nostra contestazione, il personale ha reagito in modo sgarbato, invitandoci ad allontanarci e rifiutando di accompagnarci nuovamente in aeroporto, nonostante fosse buio e la zona fosse trafficata.

Un’esperienza complessivamente molto deludente, sia per la scarsa trasparenza nelle informazioni sia per la condotta poco professionale del personale.

Alquilé un SUV en Tirana y la verdad fue una experiencia excelente. Todo salió tal cual lo habíamos coordinado, el auto estaba impecable y casi nuevo. La atención fue de diez, súper amables y rápidos en la entrega. Me lo entregaron exactamente en el punto acordado, sin demoras ni vueltas. Súper recomendable, sin dudas volvería a alquilar con ellos.

We hired a car with STREETs cars in Orlando booked for 19:00. We arrived at 19:45 (due to the wrong information given on how to find the transfer bus and how to find STREETs "office").

We arrived at 19:45 but due to there being only 1 person at the desk (we were next in line) and taking 45 minutes to sort them out, we missed a 1 hour deadline (that was not disclosed) and so the price went up 250%.
