I could not ask for a better cap than this. The quality is unmatched anywhere. I’m amazed that it’s so well made.

This is 100% a scam. No doubt in my mind. Here's the letter I wrote to them asking for a refund.

"I request a refund on the two caps I ordered. I don’t believe the story – don’t think a man would be in business for almost 40 years and not put a single identifying mark on the hats he’s making. I believe it’s illegal for you to sell a hat that doesn’t identify where it’s made or what it’s made of. I don’t believe this is a cotton hat. If I’m wrong I can live with that – these hat are not worth $30 and never sold for $185."

I was contacted but not to give me info on how to return his product. He wanted me to take pictures of the cap and the labels that he admitted earlier were removed.

Please note that the website “georges-caps.com” was created in Feb of this year.

Another data point. Another reviewer made the assertion that Henry’s Caps was a scam as well. Georges caps responded to say they were not the same. Please look at the trunk that both Henry’s Caps and George’s caps are sitting on and tell me that’s not the same trunk. Also compare Henry’s and George’s return policy.

Update: 5/15
After posting that the return policy and pictures from Henry's caps are EXACTLY the same as George's caps, I found out this morning that Henry's caps (with has a trustpilot score of 1.6) has closed down. Imagine that.

I stand by my opinion - I believe this is a scam. Just because someone responds to negative reviews doesn’t make it any less of a scam.

I ordered a hat off Amazon "Linen Men's Newsboy Flat Cap .8 Panel Ivy Cabbie Hat,Breathable Summer Gatsby Ivy Irish Fishing Hats，Paperboy Hats for Men" for $13.99. It's the same hat - the Amazon hat actually had a tag pinned to it, unlike "George's". Also had the exact same "USA style" button in exactly the same place as "George's". I finally got a refund address - went to Google and it's a pizza restaurant. If I ship it there he can rightly say he didn't get the cap. SCAM! Don't buy it.

I am Thankful, I ordered 3 caps and just received them today. I am 71 years old and felt like a kid at Christmas. I tried them all on, and fell in love. They all fit my fat head perfectly, It was like they all were made specially for me . I have tried ball caps, always to the end of the adjustment and did not sit right like I thought it should.
Thank you George, for the quality craftsmanship, The Great deal and the Joy you brought to this old man's heart... Why did I not find this sooner? I am currently wearingThe brown Herringbone Tucson, I think I will need a couple more. Thanks again , Mike Huyck

I have been wearing these type of caps for many years. I saw your AD on instragram, the price was less than where I bought my last cap. When the cap arrived, I was immediately impressed. The feel, the quality, the duarability was evitent. When I work in mens upscale retail, everyone noticed. I just ordered my second cap.

I saw an ad on Facebook about George's Hats and I was instantly in love with the hats I saw. The story was very compelling, and the obvious quality of the hats, and the price break was all I had to see... 3 beautiful hats for a little more than $25 each... it was a no brainer!

I hope George has a great retirement after doing so much stellar work... I will never forget (and the hats will remind me, too)!

Georges caps have made my life better. My husband has been wearing baseball caps his entire life. We are senior citizens now and I am often times embarrassed when I see other men wearing caps that are stylish in contrast to my husband wearing tattered baseball caps. On a whim I ordered two of the Georges caps, not expecting my husband to wear them but to find them buried in the back of the closet with the many hats I have tried to get him to wear over the years.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my husband outside with our neighbor the other day, he was wearing one of George's caps!!!! My husband took his cap off to show the neighbor the craftmanship. He is proud of his new caps, and he looks so handsome. Georges caps are a true winner for both of us. I am ordering a couple more caps to add to his collection. I haven't seen his old baseball caps ...he may have gotten rid of them now that he has quality caps to wear. Thank you, George!

Quality and super fast service. Get them while you can. Bought 3, then ordered 4 more and have recommended them to everyone. Shame it took a closing sale to find them.

Ordered two during the closing sale. Both arrived on time, both fit perfectly. My only regret is not ordering more colours. Simple as that.

We are being led to believe that one old grandpa is painstakingly crafting these caps out of his workshop. The advertisements are fake AI crap. I cant support a company whose first strategy is to fake us into believing we are helping to support the old grandpa figure in the ad. Be straighforward and make your money from good products.

Quality cap. Great colors. Initially purchased two. I was wearing the herringbone style while I was taking my 10yo
grandson to the driving range. He asked try it on! Adjusted to his size easily. Once he put it on he didn’t want to take it off. I took a picture of him wearing it and when he viewed it, he said cap was cool!
Had to let him keep it, so I ordered another one! With the extra discount on a multi purchase it’s a no brainer! Great value even at the regular price.

Ordered two caps during the closing sale. They arrived in good time, both fit well and both look exactly like the photos. Nothing fancy, just a well made cap at a fair price. George emailed to check everything had arrived. Small touch but appreciated. Would order again.

I have a large head and finding caps that actually fit has been a problem my whole life. Emailed George before ordering to check and he replied personally within the hour confirming the right style for my size. Ordered it, arrived in good time and it fits perfectly. That level of service before I even spent a penny won me over completely.

They say their hats are hand-crafted in the USA. However the cap I just received was made in China according to the tag inside the cap

Hi I just received the 3 caps from my first order today . I placed the first cap on my head and it felt so right . The other two felt the same I was like wow. The funny thing is I wasn’t shopping for a cap I mainly wear baseball caps. Your story popped up of Facebook and I read it. The caps reminded me of a wool cap I have that’s so worn it’s old has history beat up but I still wear it from time to time. So I decided to treat myself to some new hats from you at a great price you offered. Well I liked them so much I ordered 4 more an hour after receiving the first three. My original order of two caps arrived yesterday, and I was so pleased and happy with the quality, fit, and the way it appear on me; so I immediately placed another order for a few more before these caps are out-of-stock and at a sale price. At my age, when my hair is getting thiner, I thought theses caps are a perfect image for me. I especially liked the visors providing a shading over my eyeglasses making vision clearer outdoors.

Bought one for my dad for his birthday after seeing the closing sale advertised. He is 68 and has worn flat caps his whole life so he knows quality when he sees it. He called me the same day it arrived just to tell me how much he loved it. Said it was one of the best caps he had owned in years. Already went back and ordered two more for myself. Brilliant product and brilliant value.
