I ordered from this company and got into a muddle over sizing. It involved two returns and replacements. They were so helpful. Answered all emails quickly and efficiently. It was lovely to get such good customer service. I’ll definitely be using them again 💕

I buy a lot of my clothes from Gerard Vogue, I love the quality and style. I had bought a pair of trousers online which were a bit tight at the waist, so i needed to get these exchanged. I live close to their warehouse in Belfast, which is really handy because if somethings not right, I call to the warehouse where a lovely girl called Chloe will exchange or refund my item. Well today I went to get these lily trousers changed to a bigger size, Chloe wasn't there, she was off today, instead I was met by two devastatingly handsome men, father and son, turns out they were the owners of the company. They were so charming and helpful, exchanging my trousers for me, it was really lovely to meet the people behind the brand.
As this is the warehouse and not a retail shop, they're really doing me a favour exchanging stuff, I should really be taking my purchase to a shopping centre or high street, circle around to look for a parking space, then make my way to the shop. I really do appreciate them doing this, great customer service!

Return item on 29th of July despite several emails messages I have got no response

I have had two orders without a problem. I now have a problem on a third order and where are customer services? - nowhere to be seen. No replies to e mails, no contact no nothing. So it seems they are happy to take the credit for good service but fail to deliver when there is a problem. Unfortunately this means I will no longer order anything else and I would urge anyone else to proceed with caution....

I bought some ladies pants from them. Very happy with it, good quality and a perfect fit. I like that there are different lengths to choose, as I hate it when trousers are too short. I got a perfect fit and leg length. Will buy some other colours as well.

Received my order today. So pleased with trousers, lovely fabric and perfect fit. Thank you.

Lily 25’’ petite. Received my first order today & have already placed another order. The fit & material are exceptional. Definitely 5*. No hesitation in recommending Gerard Fashions.

Delivery was tracked and fast, the trousers are lovely, so comfortable.

This is the first and last time I have bought from this company.
My package has been lost and I have complained many times to the company and they have not responded.
I have contacted the delivery (DPD) and according to them they left it at the door and they are not responsible, that I contact the company that sent the package.
I definitely don't recommend them, they're scammers.
