Really happy with my order from Getahug. The product is great quality and feels well made. I also had a delivery issue, but their customer service was helpful and quickly arranged a solution. Very satisfied overall!

My daughters loved it as it’s soft and cosy. Its dress and purse made it look very stylish. We ordered another one since both wanted their own Getahug bear.

i pupazzetti sono bellissimi e super teneri. Di una qualità molto alta

I'm really impressed with Getahug! Their products are fantastic quality, soft, and durable. Delivery was fast and reliable, and everything arrived perfectly. Their customer service was excellent, very quick and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them for a great shopping experience.

Immense thanks, it is a great joy and a great relief. I have become addicted to the mini bears and mini rabbits, this collection is very addictive with their pretty clothes with careful finishes.

I bought it on August 7th, I received the shipping number, but there is still no tracking. I've been waiting for 10 days.

I've purchased the bear a few months ago, and then grabbed him some outfits. There was a slight hiccup but they were able to smooth it out.

Have sent several emails to the customer service email address and received no response. Finally emailed the carrier and they responded it was lost. Has been over a month and gotten nothing. Would not recommend and would never buy from them again.

I had a great experience with this website. I received my package sooner than expected and loved it. The teddy bear is great quality and the clothes fit perfectly. I got both the charm and the normal size teddy bear. I use a lot of charms on my bag and this has got to be the best addition to my bags! Can’t wait to order more outfits for my charm!

I will never order from this place again. I only ordered from here because my girlfriend thought they were adorable. Zero communication, horrible customer service and just all around petty. Ended up paying the price of two bears for one. Have filed three different claims for the same issue and have gotten no help whatsoever.

I’m in love with my teddy bear! He completely brightens up my room and is so adorable. The quality is lovely! Absolute five stars!!

Love this company and their cute bears!♥️♥️

Loved the teddy bear and named it Moka💖🤗

Getahug delivers exactly what their website promises! Their bears are very well made, and have movable joints. The clothes are high quality and so very cute♥️ Items arrive well packed😻 I have received 4 bears over a few purchases and I love them so much. There really is ‘Love in every Hug’

Lovely customer service! Fast shipping! Item is so adorable and as described.
