I bought it on August 7th, I received the shipping number, but there is still no tracking. I've been waiting for 10 days.

I've purchased the bear a few months ago, and then grabbed him some outfits. There was a slight hiccup but they were able to smooth it out.

Have sent several emails to the customer service email address and received no response. Finally emailed the carrier and they responded it was lost. Has been over a month and gotten nothing. Would not recommend and would never buy from them again.

I had a great experience with this website. I received my package sooner than expected and loved it. The teddy bear is great quality and the clothes fit perfectly. I got both the charm and the normal size teddy bear. I use a lot of charms on my bag and this has got to be the best addition to my bags! Can’t wait to order more outfits for my charm!

I will never order from this place again. I only ordered from here because my girlfriend thought they were adorable. Zero communication, horrible customer service and just all around petty. Ended up paying the price of two bears for one. Have filed three different claims for the same issue and have gotten no help whatsoever.

I’m in love with my teddy bear! He completely brightens up my room and is so adorable. The quality is lovely! Absolute five stars!!

I purchased this bear for my 5 year old who has cancer. A friend had purchased one for him during treatment and he accidentally left it at the hospital. The tracking ID is invalid and the order number can not be found. I paid for expedited shipping for him to have it replaced faster. Is this company a scam? My son will be devastated if we can’t find his replacement bear! Order number #GH88182773
