I received a gold watch ring and I loved it but within a week it had water seep in and I was so disappointed but I reached out and they gave me a replacement no question asked. For the price it's great and so elegant looking

When I showed the ad for the Love Letter necklace to my husband who has dementia, he immediately told me to order it from him. However, when it arrived, I was unable to open it. I contacted the company who immediately sent a replacement. I love the necklace and even more because he wanted me to have it.

This was my first purchase from Hearts Valley and I am in love with the Vivienne ring. Unfortunately, it was too small for my fingers and I had to request a return. Following a recent purchase from Hearts Valley Jewelry of a Love Letter necklace, the product arrived as good as it looked in the advertisement and also in a timely manner - distributed from the USA to UK.

We were surprised at the level of quality for an affordable item such as this and in terms of appearance it looks great whilst my wife wears it.

We had a slight issue with the clasp locking but on learning of this issue, the customer care team at Hearts Valley immediately picked this up, contacted us to apologise and sent us a replacement! Excellent customer service which is rare these days and left me feeling very satisfied and would not hesitate to return in the future!

The ring I ordered was perfect! Got compliments my first time wearing it. Customer service was excellent! I had an issue and they immediately corrected it! Would definitely order from them again.

The order delayed and took about a month but customer support was helpful. I expected the meditation ring to spin more smoothly like the one I saw on the ad, but it doesn’t spin with one flick, which was a bit disappointing. The design is beautiful overall.

I ordered the ring watches in the gold and silver. Beautiful pieces of jewelry! Got so many compliments! However, the gold one stopped working after a week.
