I placed an order for a bear December 17th, & paid $19.99 for express shipping to get it by Christmas. Other than the original email confirming my order, I have received nothing. No bear by Christmas as expected. No updates. My order # is GH88170573. Needless to say this is very disappointing.

Lovely bear. Quality better than I expected. Delivery was reasonably quick, I think it took about a week, but we ordered in good time not to stress about it being late.
My daughter is very happy with it, and asked me to leave a review so others know the bears are lovely, quality is good and bear is very cute.

Les produits sont hyper mignons. Sur le site internet on a envie de tout prendre. J’ai reçu ma commande à temps pour Noël, je suis ravie. L’ours est magnifique et les vêtements sont adorables. Ma fille va être ravie de ce cadeaux. Et ma mère qui a vu avant que je l’emballe voudrait le même 🤣🤣

My niece wanted a bear for Christmas, and I ordered one on 17 December. Since this was close to Christmas I paid a HUGE amount for 4-7 working days delivery. I sent two emails asking for an estimated delivery time and got no answer. The tracking number I was sent didn't work. I have just received a notification that I won't receive the bear until 30 December! I understand that it is a busy time of year but at least they could have put a note on their website or responded to my emails letting me know.

2nd Update
The outfit finally arrived via expedited shipping and she loves being able to change her bear from daytime to the nighttime Jammys.
Would recommend but definitely give yourself lots of time to place the order just in case something gets lost. Company says it’s based in California but I’m sure it’s just dropped shipped from China. They need a better shipper

UPDATE

They contacted me only after this review and are attempting to fix the problem! I will update again once the problem is solved. Although the outfit did not show up on time the bear that we ordered did and she loves it.

Terrible customer service, I did not receive my package and they informed me to wait 3 more days then contact them again. No response. I’m feeling frustrated and will go to my credit card company for reimbursement.

No transparency and no reliable tracking despite paying extra for express delivery.
I cannot recommend this company.

Ho ordinato dal sito un pupazzetto come regalo, e per farlo arrivare in tempo ho pagato l’aggiunta di soldi del express peró mi é arrivata l’email che arriverà il 30 dicembre e io lo ho ordinato il 14 dicembre. Ho anche provato a contattare l’azienda tramite email e numero peró non mi é stata degnata alcuna risposta.

Il pacco è arrivato subito! il pupazzetto è bellissimo, proprio di alta qualità super consigliato per fare regali alle fidanzate o anche alle mamme 💗

Super fast delivery and this was during the Xmas season, the bear is absolutely gorgeous, very good quality and you know this bear is for life and won’t fall apart in time, the costume is so soft and cuddly, my Daughter adores her bear and pink dino costume, I was sent the wrong costume but an email to customer services had this issue resolved within 24 hours, great product and amazing customers service too, very pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you

nessuna risposta alle email, il mio pacco con CONSEGNA VELOCE pagato 11euro in più è in ritardo e in più nessuna risposta all email non è nemmeno possibile tracciarlo, codice spedizione (WO103646548668765696)
