Defective product. Limited email responses. among the final ones was asking for a video of the problem. Of which I sent. followed by their reply, do you want another, or a refund. And I asked for - ONE THAT WORKED. Of which, that is the end. I never got a replacement. Nor will they acknowledge the many emails since asking, - Where is my replacement Bolt Hero? I am currently asking my credit card company if I can get a refund for a defective product.

Do you wonder if this BOLTHERO is sturdy and well made? I did.
.... and I can tell you it is. I bought a 'cheaper' version and it bends quite easy
This one is sturdy, a tiny bit thicker but not so much as it can't fit in narrow areas.
I love it.
It arrived in good time, came very well packaged and I put it to use immediately.
Very pleased with this product, it's quality and it comes with all the connectors you'd ever possibly need.
I HIGHLY recommend this BOLTHERO.

The tool is very cheaply made and i received a tool that was defective. I have got a big run around trying to return it and get my money back. All they offer me is half my money back and keep the defective tool. Do not purchase anything from this company!

This product is low quality for a high price. It also took a long time to arrive after purchase and payment. Similar product available online for less money and probably faster delivery.

Delivery was super fast. Bolthero haven't used the way I guess it was supposed to be used, but replaced headlights and had to adjust bolt for levelling of the beam and it worked a treat.

Eaay to order, timely shipping, the product is solid and useful.

I've yet to find a use for this tool but it looks good.

My husband was pleasantly surprised to receive this gift for his birthday. He hasn't needed to use it yet, but, he was impressed with it.

Poor comms, delivery longer than expected, failure to honour 50% credit for delays
overall a poor experience, hopefully when it arrives it will at least be fit for purpose

First, if this is a real company, then your business plan is the worst ever. Basically you are following a scammers business plan no contact phone numbers no verifiable business addresses supposedly set up in Wyoming with no address at the strip mall also, you have piss poor communication which to me seems like it is auto replies from an AI Computer All emails from you are trying to tell me you are a real company with those little communication as possible misleading if not faults information you’re Supposed product was supposedly invented in the USA, but it is made and ships from China Through a sketchy shipping carrier, and then whenever it was supposed to have arrived, the shipping stated it was returned to shipper in Inglewood California when it was shipped from China and it took three weeks to make it to the United States and then you state you cannot prove where the item is even though tracking, showed it as returned and delivered to shipper if I actually do get a full refund, I will still believe it is your way of trying to keep the scam going, and hoping I will remove my review which I will never do. The only reason you replied to this because your shady business practices, and after almost a month of emails requesting my full refund which the last week and a half you basically stopped replying and over 75 emails from you sometime in a row in one day which I related to as harassment from you to try to make me stop communicating and just go away, which will never happen either until I have my full refund and also me having to waste my time blocking you from my financial accounts and having to check my accounts daily to make sure you are not trying to steal my money I will never buy anything from your company and I will Let everybody know not to you, fall for your shady products and business practices.

I just like a few others began to think I had come across another "Scam" as I did with another vendor that has never returned my emails or funds. Anyway my BoltHero wrench arrived today 7/1/2026, in good shape with the extra parts included. I had originally contacted BoltHero as to where my shipment was and was concerned that this might be a case of fraud. They assured me it wasn't and my shipment was still coming. It took approx. 10 days from ordering to arrival, can't wait to try it out on my wife's Subaru when I change the spark plugs.

Still waiting on delivery after 3 months customer service has done nothing to fix the problem i feel this is a scam

Ordered in May said out for delivery June 10 reached out to customer service via email. I ask them to credit my card if cant deliver. Said since out for delivery couldn't credit. They didn't place number on address still haven't received believe this to be a scam would warn others not to order

Nothing been done to correct as of 6/25 did receive email address was wrong

They replied not a scam but card been charged since May and I don’t have product

I can confirm that Bolt Hero finally arrived not via Evri. The customer service was stepped up and i had no further reason to pursue a refund. It is a shame the business lost custom to scam artist in Colchester. They made no effort to return the item. Thank you to Bolt Hero. The apparatus has not been used in anger yet.

Ordered 3 offset ratchets from Bolthero. Received a shoe horn!!
I have emailed the company and shall see how they respond but on the face of it I am questioning whether this is a scam.

Update 04/07/26 - Despite email communication from Bolthero confirming replacement product would be supplied I have not received any product or even confirmation that the product has been shipped.

Excellent tool for those hard to get to places ! works great

Had a bolt on a challenging position to remove as there was only 2 inches of clearance. Using Bolthero made the removal easy. Am planning on ordering a second Bolthero for my second garage. Highly recommend Bolthero for those difficult and challenging removals.
