Very helpful and fast customers support

They changed my ticket from monday to tuesday even I called them couple of hours before my scheduled bus.
Very thankfull for that!

Absolutely don't purchase from their…

Absolutely don't purchase from their website. They displayed a ferry ticket incorrectly and won't refund me. First it was that I contacted them too late, I showed them it was within 24hours, then it was another excuse, the tickets had the information, I explained, their website had the wrong information, you get the ticket after you pay. Just book directly with the company!

WASTE OF YOUR TIME. DONT USE IT!

The bus service from Dubrovnik to Kotor is a joke. The bus does NOT run by its schedule. The trip to Kotor took 4:15 hours instead of the advertised 2:10 hours. Almost DOUBLE the scheduled time. The return trip was exactly the same. It’s crazy. Driver completely respectful. Does not care. All passengers furious. Don’t use this service!

Now delays of the buses in high season are common, due to an increase in road traffic and the bus companies are all trying to make that as less as possible, but of course there are some situations which are impossible to predict or prevent.

GetByBus is only an intermediary in online ticket sale and our agency cooperates with numerous bus companies. Our company sadly cannot directly impact on the quality of service, although we do our best to avoid unpleasant situations, but some things are unfortunately impossible to predict and prevent such as traffic situation on the road

It was indicated on our website during the ticket purchase, that unforeseeable delays might occur due to heavy traffic during high season and the possible border traffic.

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the service, and apologize for all the inconvenience this delay has caused you.

E-Ticket

E-TIcket gebucht extra Servicegebühr von 4,40€ gezahlt um dann am Busbahnhof in Tivat zu stehen und von der extrem genervten Dame am Schalter zu erfahren, das die Tickets ausgedruckt werden müssen! Also direkt am Schalter nochmal per Mail an die Mailadresse des Busunternehmens schicken ( ein Glück wenn man Auslandsdatenvolumen hat, das WIFI dort funktioniert nicht) und nochmal 3€ Gebühr bezahlt, für eine Hin & Rückfahrt die also im Normalfall 22,20€ kostet,mal eben 31€ bezahlt... nicht wirklich zu empfehlen,lieber direkt am Schalter kaufen...
