Terrible experience. Tried to get double authentication for genuine tees I bought. Passed me on fakes and failed me on genuine items. This happened multiple times. May as well not use it.

“Free Trial” is very misleading and will scam you out of your money. Unhelpful, slow, and ignorant customer support. Do not use this platform at all costs; verify your sneakers at a store.

Avevo acquistato un pacchetto da 3 crediti, che non erano abbastanza per il check delle mie Golden Goose, quindi ho chiesto un rimborso per acquistare il pacchetto da 6 crediti ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Direi che il servizio clienti sparisce quando si tratta di rimborsi.
Avete perso un cliente, peccato
Edit 21/09/25 - Oggi il CEO mi ha contattato scusandosi dell’accaduto; mi ha fatto molto piacere e ha rivalutato la mia opinione sul servizio, che a parte questo inghippo è sempre risultato eccellente.

Back to they’re best, fast responses
Personally the Check Check app has saved me a lot of stress & money. In one week they identified £1330 of replicas in my early days of buying sneakers. I was surprised about 18 month to two years ago the service did go downhill with not getting any response back after uploading & paying so I did stop using for a while but recently gave them another go & they’re back to there best with very quick responses & I would now highly recommend using this app if your buying any sneakers from resellers or any service that doesn’t authenticate the sneakers first!

Inconsistent. Disappointing.
RECENTLY PURCHASED MY NEW TRAVIS SCOTT REVERSE OLIVES.
At first they failed 5 of my checks, passed 4 of my checks and not able to verify 2 of my checks. With the same shoe of course.
Yesterday they updated the verification with passing all of my legit checks. So all of the checks were “pass”
And just 5 mins ago, they updated all of my checks as “Not able to verify”.
Check check is very very very inconsistent and disappointing. Infact i legit checked the same shoe with 4 other platforms. All passed the legit checked.

I cancelled my subscription on the final day of the 7 day free trial but my card was still charged. I have sent email and tried messaging a live agent but I haven’t received a response and no one has contacted me.
