I’ve suffered from allergies since I was a small child, and got allergy shots for 20 years. In the end I still suffered every summer, but thanks to a friend who recommended Curex, I’m finally seeing relief. I can’t recommend this product and approach enough, and the quality of care I get from my allergist is exceptional.

After suffering from seasonal allergies for more than 35 years, I can honestly say this treatment has been life-changing. I had tried just about every over-the-counter allergy medication, including Allegra, Claritin, and Zyrtec, and relied on them year after year just to get through allergy season.

Working with Jessica Herold has been an incredible experience. She has been attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from the very beginning. She has taken the time to answer every question I've had, made sure she fully understood my concerns, and has worked closely with me to adjust my immunotherapy treatment whenever needed. On top of that, she's super friendly and personable, which makes every interaction a positive one.

I've now been taking the daily immunotherapy for a full year, and for the first time in my life, I haven't needed to rely on Allegra, Claritin, or Zyrtec. I never thought that would be possible. This treatment has truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful to Jessica and the entire team for helping me finally get lasting relief. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with allergies.

Curex is the only medicated ointment that healed my eyelid excema. I was thrilled! No more itching and burning. I would use a cream but the next day it would come back. Curex works! I will forever be grateful! Thanks Curex team.

Poor customer service. Accidentally created an order and emailed them immediately to fix it. Their response was too bad.

I'm not a fan of too many messages but the product works like miracle..I was quite skeptic in the beginning, but after 3 months started noticing that I can actually breath around my area which wasnt possible earlier, so thank you curex!! i already told the team about my dosage increase, I just hope it will get better and better

Curex has been amazing for me. I have spent a lot of my life taking allergy shots, but my schedule is too busy for that to be an option. Curex has a convenient process and being able to take drops every morning is easy. We had got a “hypoallergenic” dog that was causing me major issues. After a little while with Curex my symptoms started improving and I have even got to the point I rarely take other medications for my allergies. I have highly recommended to lots of friends.

takes some time to see results but worth the wait. i started to feel the difference around 4 months in. but the patience is worth not having to jab a needle in me 3 times a month.

The product didn't work, I had high hopes, but zero response. True allergy shots saved me.

Customer service reached out nearly TWO YEARS later, stating I had an outstanding balance. When questioned, they "performed a billing audit" and just happened to find a balance.

I used the immunotherapy to cure or release from allergies for 9 months and it never made me feel better or even reduce the amount of allergies I have. I cancel because I figured it was not going to work on me. Almost 5 months later they charged me $200 for 3 virtual, 5 minutes appointments that are mandatory, otherwise they charge you a fee. They did not tell me they were going to do that. The service is a total scam. Please stay away from this scammers. I called, them and said they could not help me.

Bait and switch. They run advertisements saying try use and then it’s a 3 month subscription that you didn’t know about. You followed instructions to cancel and they keep billing you

Do not work with Curex. I was recommended to them a couple of months ago by someone I knew who spoke very highly of the company, so I went in with high expectations. A month later, I was out over $1,200 and dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Here's the full breakdown so you can decide for yourself.

The blood work. Curex requires preliminary blood work before they'll start you on treatment, and I was told it would be covered by insurance. It wasn't. The bill came back at over $1,000 out of pocket. That alone is a deal-breaker. If coverage isn't actually guaranteed, that needs to be stated clearly before anyone sits down for the draw, not discovered weeks later when the bill arrives. Most people are walking into this thinking the testing is free or close to it. It isn't.

The pricing structure. Their website presents the offer as a low-risk trial: $79.99 to try it, cancel anytime. What they don't tell you upfront is that the first bottle is actually a three-month supply, and you're billed three separate $79.99 charges for that single bottle. The moment it ships, you're committed to roughly $240, regardless of when you cancel. The "cancel anytime" language is technically true and functionally misleading. You can cancel future shipments, sure, but you're still on the hook for the bottle they already sent. None of this is clear on the product page. I only found out when I called to cancel.

No guarantee of results. There's no promise the treatment will actually help your allergies. Which is precisely why their business model relies on long subscriptions. The longer you stay, the more they make, whether or not anything is improving. That's not a treatment plan, that's a recurring revenue stream. It also only treats environmental allergies, not food allergies, which is another detail they don't make obvious upfront. If you came in hoping it would help with food sensitivities, you came in for the wrong product.

Customer service. When I called to cancel, the rep was rude and kept pushing to keep me on the program well after I'd clearly said no. Multiple attempts to redirect me, talk me out of it, offer alternatives. It's the kind of high-pressure retention script that makes you regret ever signing up in the first place. A clean cancellation should take two minutes. Mine didn't.

In fairness, my allergies are seasonal, so I wasn't an ideal candidate for the product to begin with. But the issues above aren't about whether the treatment worked for me. They're about how the company sets expectations, how they charge, and how they treat you when you try to leave.

The better path. Go to your regular doctor and ask for a referral to an allergist. Insurance will cover most of it. You'll get a real diagnosis from someone who can actually examine you, a treatment plan tailored to what you actually have, and you won't be locked into a subscription for a product with no guarantee of results. That's what I should have done from the start.

Curex is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. The combination of unclear pricing, a surprise medical bill, no results guarantee, and an aggressive cancellation process is enough that I'd warn anyone considering them to walk the other way. Save yourself the money and the frustration.
