We have a date scheduled and the driver never comes on the day promised.

Showed up when they said they would

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a date and time scheduled for my mattress pickup; Friday at 10am. I live in a studio, so did not put my mattress out until just before 10am. By noon no one had arrived. I messaged the service and was told it would be taken care of. At 3:15pm I messaged again and was told there was an emergency and my mattress would not be picked up that day. I could not bring my mattress back inside as I no longer had room for it. I was told someone message me to reschedule-that was not true, nobody contacted me to reschedule. I was then told it would be picked up the following day, between 2-3pm. I was not picked up the following day, and no one contacted me, even though I had received notification that it was assigned to someone. The mattress was finally picked up on Monday, after 12:00pm.
Horrible experience. Why assign dates and time if you’re not going to adhere to them?

Pickup was several days later than scheduled and the person picking up was still confused about what OzzyJuice even was, despite already submitting pictures and description of it when submitting the request. I had to reach back out when the original appointment was missed on Wednesday and still never heard anything until the driver randomly texted on Saturday. The booking platform shows a price of $250 but the representative emailing me says it would only be $50, so now I have to reach back out again to clarify even after the fact. Everything seems all over the place with this company.

They picked up my mattress relatively close to their estimated time window and that was all I needed so I am satisfied and would use again!

They set an appointment and showed up on time. The article that he picked up was carried from our house to his vehicle without any problem. It was a smooth and professional process from start to finish.

The gentleman who was to pick up my old mattress and springboard arrived early and loaded up both items quickly.

I hired Dimension Waste Management to take care of some heavy trash and old stuff, they were fast and polite, showed up when they said they would, and cleared everything without leaving a mess. Communication was good and scheduling was easy online. On the flip side, some people said pickups were delayed or communication got messy, so I’d double‑check timing if I were you.

Dimension did what they were hired to do in a timely fashion. Highly recommended them.

Driver showed up with no call. Wouldn't take pallets due to stack, even though picutres were sent multiple times. Also, driver showed up again and wouldn't deliver without POL, which was given to us by Dimension. Dimension should have given the POL to their driver.
