Missing items
One of the boxes went missing but came five days later. Some confusion in collection of empty boxes too as return slip was not provided.
But this is the first time it happened. Usually all items delivered on time with return slips provided.

Best choice ever!!!
I really like this company, I recommend it to everyone I know. They are making it so easy to life a zero waste life. I think the only thing that could make it better is yet different sizes of things and more items including maybe dog treats, crisps and candy (that are generally packaged in plastic everywhere else).

Want to give 5 stars but....delivery issues
I've been using for a while now and want to give 5 stars as love the concept but I've had no end of trouble with deliveries! Missing boxes, empties not collected etc! The team are always good and sort out any issues but the frequency it happens is an annoyance!

Superb service
I’ve used the Good Club for over a year now and have received excellent service and quality of items at all times. I am constantly impressed by the growing stock of zero waste products.

Really good idea
I really like the no waste policy of good club. Any white pots I have from previous orders, I can put in the big box to be taken away with subsequent orders and it makes you decant your food rather than keep buying packaging. So I like using them.

A good way to help reduce plastic from your shopping
I have been a member of Good Club for about 18 months. Ordering is easy and my monthly box is always delivered on time with no issues.
I do not get all my shopping from Good Club but there are many basics I buy from them and I'm happy with the quality and that I 'm reducing the amount of plastic.

Excellent service from Good Club
I have had excellent service from Good Club for a number of years now . It is easy to order and packages are always well packed and on time . The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that some of my favourite products are no longer available from them . I’m not sure if it’s because Good Club have chosen not to stock them anymore , or if it’s to due to circumstances out of their hands . Otherwise my whole experience with them has been extremely positive .
