Pickeasy Reviews

The order and delivery were excellent. The customer support team responded promptly to resolve the issues. Much appreciated for their customer support and service.

I recently made a purchase from Pickeasy, and like with any online platform, I had a lot of questions before ordering ( how the products would turn out, the packaging quality, and whether the groceries would be within expiry). I even went through a few online reviews before finally deciding to buy a few items.

What truly surprised me was their excellent customer service. One of the products I ordered was unavailable, and instead of randomly replacing it, they actually sent me a message asking if I would be okay with another brand. I really appreciated that they took the time to ask for my approval rather than just sending something else and explaining it later if I complained.

The packaging was also very impressive, with fragile labels placed carefully(To handle with extra care)even though there weren’t any breakable items inside.

I’m extremely satisfied with the entire process, right from ordering to delivery. I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I genuinely wanted to write this one because they never even asked for a review, and I was so happy with the way they handled and delivered everything.

They stock quality authentic products that other Indian retailers don’t. Customer service is also brilliant when occasionally things go wrong. Definitely my new favourite Kerala shop!

The service was excellent, featuring swift delivery and flawless packaging, which left me very satisfied.

My initial purchase from Pickeasy turned out to be fantastic. While they have an option for next-day delivery, I opted for a different date to ensure my frozen Onam Sadhya would arrive either on Onam or the day prior. True to my request, it was delivered on Onam before noon. The packaging was exceptionally impressive, particularly for the frozen goods. I'm more than happy to suggest Pickeasy to others. Many thanks!

This is the first time I am purchasing from Pickeasy, and the experience was really good. They offer next-day delivery, but I chose another date since I had ordered the frozen Onam Sadhya, which I wanted delivered either on the day of Onam or the day before. As I wished, they delivered it before noon on Onam day. The packing was really amazing, especially for the frozen items. I would definitely recommend Pickeasy to everyone. Thank you so much!

I recently shopped with PickEasy, and I’m genuinely impressed with their service. Next day delivery was super fast. The packing was amazing, especially the frozen items — they were still perfectly frozen when I received them. Excellent customer service. Will definitely purchase again!
