Awful experience!
I was offered £134 for my iPhone 12 as it was in very good condition. When they received it the offer was withdrawn and instead they would offer me £30 for it. I declined and the offer was increased to £45. I declined and asked for it to be sent back as Envirofone had offered £105 for it. 3 or 4 weeks passed without the phone being returned. I had to contact them several times pleading for it to be returned. I evetually received it 27 days after they had received it.
When I got it back, I sent it to Envirofone and 4 days later £105 was in my bank account.

I got £192 less than expected
I was initially told I would get £291. However after the company receiving my iPhone 14 in immaculate condition, I was told I would now be getting £99 ( £192 less than I was originally told) after May back and forths I got them up to £210 which I took. I was paid within 3 days. Wouldn’t use them again but if you do use them, then keep pushing for more money and you will get it.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Did not receive the phone i ordered, after paying i got an email saying the phone is out of stock. Which was the only red flag i should have seen. I told them i want the color i ordered and they sent me a confirmation for a different phone altogether and that was it for me. I requested a refund and the stress i went through before i got the refund is the worst nightmare. Sent emails after emails and was only helped by the creadit card company to only get the refund after over 3 weeks!
Do not buy from them its not worth the stress i promise! If there was a zero star option i would have given that!

Mixed Experience – Frustrating Process, but Tony Saved the Day
I have mixed feelings about my recent experience selling my phone here. While we eventually reached a resolution, the journey to get there was unnecessarily difficult.
The Valuation Process
Initially, I was impressed by a very competitive industry quote. However, once the company received my device (iPhone 17 Pro Max), the offer was massively downgraded. Despite the phone being in excellent condition, the technicians seemed to "hunt" for microscopic marks to justify an extreme devaluation. It felt like a bit of a "bait and switch" tactic to lower the initial price.
Communication Struggles
The company seriously needs to overhaul its customer service channels:
Phone Line: Virtually useless; I couldn't get through to a human.
Live Chat: I spent hours "on hold" with a chat widget that never connected.
Email: Responses were sluggish, making the negotiation process drag on much longer than necessary.
The Resolution
The saving grace of this entire experience was a staff member named Tony. When I finally managed to get a dialogue going (receiving call from Tony), he was genuine, friendly, and professional. I had to negotiate to get back to a reasonable figure, but Tony listened to my concerns and worked with me to settle on a fair final price.
Verdict: If you use this service, be prepared to fight for your initial quote and hope you get through to someone like Tony. The company has potential, but they must improve their communication tech and provide more honest initial assessments. I'd also call out that some of the info on the website isn't quite true ie. same date payment, but never the less payment was made 24 hours later in my case.
