I send my phone for sale they returned to me broken. Avoid them at all cost!!!

I deal with Innofinity from few years, they have very competitive price , surely pay more then apple , they are very quick too from when they receive the item in max 12-24h they test and pay you.

If you want to be even more quick you have to buy 24h 1pm next day guarantee postage yourself otherwise they for free give you 48h postage if you are not in hurry its ok.

Sent a number of (very) old iphones that i was going to dump - postage was free - prompt reply and kept me informed - ok, the price dropped a little bit from online estimate but I think that is to be expected and acceptable, especially given the condition of the phones. Beware of thia company absulute scammers. Sent my phone to them in good condition and was told its poor state initially offered 250 and then offered me 125. Less than half the price. Scratched my phone up with numbers. Disgraceful. I still managed to sell my phone online to another company use mazuma guys stay away from these scammers

Steer clear of this company, was quoted £260 for a phone, thought ah that's pretty good, competitive with the likes of Wants and Cash Converters to be told conveniently the phone suddenly had a "battery issue" despite being already tested by Samsung Repair team (had a new screen put on) they ran diagnostics and everything but the screen was fine, I still have the report. They then requoted the phone to £160, I demanded the phone back, they then said "despite the issue we can raise the money to £190" to which I replied no, I'll take it back and gave my address for the return. They went quiet and then emailed me again the following morning again sticking to their guns and despite my two return requests already, told me that "despite the battery issue, they would now fulfill the request because they had an overdue order to send out of the same device to someone else" then paid me the £260 initially quoted, so morale of the story is don't be pushed down by these people. As far as I'm concerned they're nothing but con men making up false stories to underpay to make a higher profit for themselves. Stand strong to your guns. I didn't even get an apology for wasting my time, instead they were "making me happy" like they were doing me a favour. Please for the sake of your own sanity don't be taken for a ride by these jokers.

Straightforward transaction - I hadn't realised battery health was poor, they requoted, paid straight away once agreed.

Sent my phone in original box and in excellent condition valued at £72
Was told phone was damaged and i would receive £11
They sent me the photo which showed a heavily damaged phone not as i sent it.
Make sure you take photos and videos as you pack and send your item as i would not wish anyone to get ripped off as I feel I was.
