Innofinity Worldwide Reviews

Mike was extremely helpful, went through my box of old gadgets and valued them with prompt and polite communication.

Having written a less than favourable review, I was encouraged by a pleasant and humble email, seeking to understand my concerns and rectifying my complaint financially.

First class service, very responsive. Even sorted out payment that I sent to them in error. Mike was extremely helpful👍🏼

Great service from start to finish. They collected my old iPhone 6 for free, paid promptly, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Very happy with the service and would happily recommend Innofinity Worldwide Customer Services.

Very quick and easy! My final quote was slightly less than my initial, but i expected this to happen as i knew the battery health wasn’t great. Very reasonable offer considering this!

device was sent 1 day ago, i received communication from them as soon as they received the device, communication as soon as they had checked the device and payment was made within 10 minutes of accepting

quick, easy, efficient

I had a great experience selling my iPhone 15 to Innofinity Worldwide. The process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. Their service was professional, and I really appreciated how easy they made the entire transaction.
I’m very pleased with my experience and would happily recommend Innofinity Worldwide to anyone looking to sell their phone with confidence. It’s always refreshing to deal with a company that makes the process simple and convenient.
Thank you, Innofinity Worldwide, for the excellent service. I would definitely consider using you again in the future! Highly recommended.

Scam - do not use. As others have said - was quoted £90, they received the item and revised the offer to £40 because it was heavily scratched. I genuinely felt gaslit and as though my watch must have been more scratched than I remember because the photo they sent was dreadful but luckily my partner had cleaned it for me before i sent it and he’s very sure my watch did not look like that when he was cleaning it. Annoyingly, I had looked at overall score and felt they’d be trustworthy so didn't bother taking any photos - I had also been offered more than £40 by Apple to trade it in which I had declined in favour of the £90 so extra annoyed overall. Hopefully if people keep highlighting this, their score will go down enough and others won’t make the same mistake I did!

Sent a couple of items off at the same time. Offered well below what they said online. Absolute scam. Would never use again.

Good company to deal with, transaction was very straight forward and payment was prompt.

Very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with !

Very happy, easy process, prompt response and fast payout. I was sceptical but no need to be, would happily use again and highly recommend

Great service from company. Easy to get them to assess old electronics & refund where necessary. Very quick service.

5* amazing service and would recommend to everyone, great service from Mike as always and really great company to sell your phone to, better than those "big" names, these outscore the big names by a country mile!!

P.s don't let your partner send you stuff for you, after a mix up with things on my end it was quickly sorted, so sorry again guys! I will be having words with my mrs lol

Really easy and fast sale of my old iPhone.

Mike was very helpful from the start. I had a lot of retro tech some working, some not but the process was very simple and straightforward and the payment very prompt. Unlike other companies who insist you use their website search engine, I was able to send a list of my tech which they then sent back with their offer. The checks on receipt were quick and efficient. This was the second time I’ve used them and would not hesitate to do so again. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Sent an item and within 2 days a company have received it, got an amazing communication by emails to confirm valuation of an item and all confirmation of money transfer. Highly recommend to use this service. Will definitely get back to sell more devices.

Process of quotation was very simple and straightforward with a fair price offered by Mike.Packed my items well and used the free Royal Mail parcel label which arrived in two working days as expected. Devices were inspected and tested same day with payment offered acceptable and funds transferred in less than an hour. Very pleased with whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

Excellent service and very quick in processing. Much better experience than I’ve had with others. Will definitely use them again!!

Back with trading with Innofinity worldwide! Exceptional from start to finish. They keep me upto date with progress and if the device has failed any tests, my iPhone 12’s battery health was at 78% and states “service” within settings. Its understandable for the revised offer. Thank you once again to the team for the smooth sale and fast payment! Wouldnt use anybody within this industry.
