Deal was made very quickly and so was payment. When you send multiple phones that are the same. When there is an issue it can be a bit confusing

The entire experience was disappointing from the get-go. Was quoted £675 for three phones (iPhone XR, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro), so sent them off with recorded delivery. Was then offered £290 initially, but the site will let you try to get more. Eventually, it gave me the “highest” offer of £390. Other providers will offer significantly more and I outlined this when speaking with a manager. They offered £400 and accepted the phones, stating that the finance department would process it the same day. This was September 25th 2026 and it’s now October 6th. The finance department are currently ghosting me, only receiving automated emails to wait six working hours before reaching out again. I haven’t heard anything and they have my items, so I can’t even sell them elsewhere.

I have contacted Trading Standards about this and will be taking things further. Do not trust them with your items, you will never get them or your money back.

It was quick and easy! Updates regarding were appreciated my phone was pretty much knackered but they still gave me a good price! Highly recommend!

If I could give no stars then I would.. GGG have had my iPhone 13 Pro Max since 21 September and after lowballing me with a value of almost 1/3 of the original offer saying my phone was faulty (which it wasn’t) I have photographs showing the battery life at 87% when I sent it off. I have repeatedly asked for my phone to be returned to me and every email is ignored. I have now had the phone blocked through the EMEI so if the still don’t return it then they will have a rather shiny door stop

Had my phone for 5 days and still no closer to getting a final price , customer service is awful , can post on social media and can pester you until you send your phone but can’t answer your emails. Original quote was massively higher than the first price they offered they say it’s due to dents and scratches yet they haven’t sent evidence of this and it’s even have a video I sent them of the device the morning on packaging it up, showing them that there is nothing wrong with my handset and it’s in near perfect condition absolute scammers and still have my handset , avoid at all costs , just rip people off.

Process is fairly straightforward - slight issue with not receiving an email but was resolved efficiently by their customer services and payment was received within five working days as stated

Company were very quick at inspecting and paying money into account - they were fair with their assessment. Really easy process. Would recommend.

They were really good with correspondence and will accept most phones regardless of their condition. They give you the option to choose what condition the phone is in and once you send the device, they will let you know straight away what they can offer. Super straight forward and easy to use!

Do not use these thieves! Sell your phone privately. Avoid!!!

I sold my old iPhone to Go Green Gadgets, the process was easy and quick but I was new to the process and didn’t know when the confirmations or details would be sent etc so now I know what to expect I would recomend them to anyone! The email confirmations were clear and detailed.

I submitted several different applications for a price to recycle my iPhone and GGG initially offered me £300+ which was slightly above competitors. They were very proactive in chasing my response and sent numerous chasers until I sent off my phone. Within a day or two they dropped their price to almost a third of original offer stating that the phone had scratched and marked body etc. I challenged the response pointing out that the phone had been covered by a case and screen protector since day one! They then increased their offer and I declined telling them to return the phone which resulted in a “Manager’s Special” offer which was still £70+ below the original price offered. I agreed the deal and then waited well over a week for any update before getting my money. Overall they appear to be one to avoid, but if you do use them don’t accept their lower offers after posting off your phone!

If i could give 0 stars i would…avoid at all costs… tell you they’d give you a higher amount but give you a lot less, they lie about the condition of your phone. Mine was at 86% battery health but they lowered the price by £150 because apparently it had over 500 charge cycles. Good condition says over 83% battery health and they say nothing about charge cycles on their estimate. They say same day payment but im still waiting since the 24th September and still nothing. Threatened with small court claims and they soon replied. But still no money.

Very easy service to use and quick, disappointed in the price being dropped over 50% when they recieved it but took it to save the hassle.

I sent my iPhone 13 in on the basis of a potential trade in of £170. It arrived at GGG and within 24hours they had returned an offer of just £10. I immediately asked them to return my phone. They then went through the process of increasing this offer to £20, then £70 and finally £100. This whole process felt very uncomfortable and not a nice experience. It has now been over a week since they finally got around to agreeing to return it and at this point I have still not received my phone back. It all feels very off and I am concerned that a) I do actually get it returned and b) it is in the state that it was sent. They do not answer phone calls and the emails only consist of information they wish to give to you. A truely dreadful experience.
