So easy to order from the Good Club. And I love that there is reusable packaging and the pick up of my delivery box. Great service.

Two deliveries and twice things have been broken in the delivery. I don’t know whether to try third time lucky?? Good concept in theory, shame they waste products which end up in the bin, not much you can do with smashed glass

Excellent way of buying and recyclng love it

It’s such an easy way to stock up on basics such as pasta/ rice / pulses. A big bonus is knowing there is nothing going into the bin & all the packaging is reused.

Simple, zero waste food & household items delivered, for free, to my door! What's not to like? The quality of food is fantastic, ordering, delivery and collection of the empties is really easy. I couldn't imagine our world without Good Club now.

Great idea for minimising waste. Have tried a few of the food stuffs now & really enjoyed everything.

Good service and good products, minimum order is too high!

It’s hard to order £40 worth of products - and when you do it’s a hassle decanting then and finding room to store them. Given that I’ve paid a membership fee for a year and only had 3 deliveries in 8 months you’d have thought they could let me order with a lower minimum order size. E.g. £20 minimum order every other month.

I keep half filling the £40 then finding that I can’t get all the way - or ending up at another shop that has some or all of the stuff in my GoodClub basket.

The decanting is also a pain - it takes time, requires lots of containers and you have to guess the volume of products before you buy them to know if they’ll fit.

Frustrating as this service has promise.

Also I sent them detailed feedback in the past and they didn’t reply :(

I’d rate them 3* in practice for these two reasons but I believe in what they’re doing and they seem like nice folk!
