Beware and warned: I'm screaming, Beware! These are crooks with a good product which is the real shame. They make money by, once you subscribe, never letting go. Snapping Turtles go to them for training in how to never release their prey. I tried for months to discontinue their service but nothing, nothing worked. My credit card company could do nothing. Paypal could do nothing. I contacted the company, but they only responded with sidestepping gibberish. This is how they make money, never giving the sucker, who subscribed to their services, an even break. I have zero complaints about what they sell. My dog and I had fun with it until her passing. It was in asking them to cancel my service that I discovered just what crooks they are. Giving up is what Findster counts on, free money for life. I found out that they had even linked my payments to another method without my knowledge. Instead of surrendering, I asked for and received a new credit card and number. It is a hassle but, if they won't let go, cut the damn head off.

Absolute scam artists. They ignore any and all requests to stop the payment subscription for their care package. I had to cancel my credit card entirely after months of emailing, zero customer service response, just keep taking your money even after numerous cancellations. After one cancellation email I sent, they even changed the credit card statement narrative so it showed up in the bank as something else, trying to hide that it was still active. Crooks and thieves!

I have tried to cancel my membership with Findster for 3 months or more.
My cat died 5 months ago and Findster just carry on steeling my money.

I cancelled the service two years ago and they keep billing my credit card I’ve emailed them I’ve done it every 3-4 months I’ve disputed it with my credit card company and nothing.

Like other complains I can’t cancel my membership. I even changed the CC number, but they find a way to keep charging. I sent several complaints and request to cancel, no answer and my account says it does not exists. Total scam!!!

This company is a total scam. I haven't been able to cancel my subscription for months and months. They don't reply to any communication. They just keep taking money - for a subscription I never wanted to sign up to in the first place. I have had to get my bank involved several times. But still they help themselves. I've just been in touch with my bank again and hope it's resolved once and for all but I'm not holding my breath. They're thieves as far as I'm concerned.

Disgusting company.
Like one of the other reviews we got the findster product which worked well at the time. Even got the findster subscription which I have since tried to cancel but can’t.
At the time we even funded them on indigiego for the upgraded model 24x7 pet tracker which has turned out to be a scam. Product changed and there’s been no communication, and no product delivery since - last official update was almost a year ago as well. The so called new health checker is available for order. Contacted the company about this as well - no reply.

Every email has been ghosted.
With regards to the subscription service, there is no easy way to cancel this and despite non-existent service and communication they still keep taking money for the subscription from my account.
Extremely disappointed. They are disgusting thieves!

We’ve had Findster with a subscription for 2 years now. The product stopped tracking our animals when then went into the densely treed areas around our house and often would freeze up even in open pastures. Our attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered for almost a year. After finally getting fed up I’ve tried contacting the company several times by email and social media to cancel our subscription and get no response. Do not get this product!

I've had my Findster for about two years.it has saved my cat's life once that I know for sure. He was stuck in mud under a storage trailer and without Findster I would never have found him! He'd have surely starved. In addition there have been many times that I've found him up trees, and although he may have gotten down on his own. It's been wonderful to be able to know exactly where he was.

Very disappointed. The one time I lost my pets it did not read their location correctly. I tried to cancel my monthly subscription 3 weeks ago, and received no response and Findster has continued to charge me. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription, and they ignored my request even when I followed the instructions on their website.

Since purchase in December 2020, I experienced a lot of issues with the pet module, I have reached out to customer service many times, apart from a standard answer, which was not helpful, I received no service at all. Now they don’t even respond at all. A great disappointment

I don't usually have problems with my Findster and it gives me great peace of mind when I let my dog off lead, but this last weekend on one walk, it actually disconnected from my dog several times leaving me not knowing where my dog was. Bit of a worry.

Findster, pretty PLEASE, my dog Max and I need you to respond! Max is a 13yo Golden Retriever and the band that holds his tracker onto his collar has broken. I reached out to you via Facebook, Instagram and email weeks ago with no reply. I can't get into my account because of a password discrepancy, despite what I have listed in my records as the correct password. There is NO password reset function. I am seriously near tears because I need Max's tracker to ensure his safety when we go off lead hiking but i can't reach you for a replacement. I am seriously begging someone from your company to respond.

I have been critical in the past, but I have come to appreciate this product. My complaints were (1) it fell off and I ordered a replacement, (2) getting a replacement took a LONG time, (3) very seldom - it lost contact. It would be nice if it continued to beep when the dog goes outside the virtual fence. I changed to connector to the collar to prevent future losses. Not pretty but it works. I have 2 similar products - neither works nearly as well!

I purchased the first Finderster Duo. I loved it so paid money on Kickstarter for the next generation. They led us on and led us on with development delays until we could no longer get a refund. Those of us who paid money on Kickstarter were out $209. This is a horrible company. Do not purchase anything from them. Find a solid company like Tractive and move on.

Really love Findster. Works well and reliably. Have used it to find my dog---what a relief to know where he was!! Very glad I purchased it!

FINDSTER - WHERE ARE YOU? I'VE WRITTEN COUNTLESS EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. THERE IS NO PASSWORD REMINDER FACILITY SO CAN'T LOG ON. I HAVE SOME MODULES 1.4.1 AND THEGUARDIAN IS ALSO 1.4.1 BUT THREE OTHER MODULES THAT ARE 1.3.72. THE LATTER AREN'T WORKING. I'M SCARED TO CLICK ON THE BUTTON THAT SAYS UPDATE YOUR MODULES IN CASE ALL THEN DON'T WORK?????????????

This worked well for a while. Until it failed to do the one thing it is meant to do (track) on more than one occasion. My cat lost his collar with the tracker attached and the location of the collar was showing in a totally different location than where it was (eventually) found by a neighbour. I spent hours searching in a neighbour's back yard when it was actually located on a totally different street. The second time my cat lost his collar with the tracker on it, it was never found again as the tracker lead me to a place where it wasn't. Expensive fail! Customer service was horrible and offered me to explanation, discount or refund for this tracker that didn't perform.
